Witnesses to Lindsay Lohan driving frenzy

by Arieanna on July 26th, 2007

Three witnesses to Lindsay Lohan’s drunken car chase are now talking to the media.

According to their accounts, this is how it went down.

  • Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake drove to Malibu Lindsay Lohan’s assistant’s boyfriend.
  • The assistant texted Dante on Lindsays behalf to invite him to the Malibu party. The crew drove there in Dante’s White GMC Denali.
  • Dante and the assistant’s boyfriend were let in. Dante claims Lindsay Lohan was drinking all night.
  • Lindsay’s assistant had a fight with her boyfriend & Lindsay went to investigate.
  • After an argument, Lindsay’s assistant quit
  • Ronnie claims Lindsay was "raging"
  • The four guys were about to leave in the GMC, but the boyfriend got out of the driver’s seat to argue with the girlfriend
  • Lindsay Lohan jumped into the driver’s seat, started the engine, and began to chase the assistant’s car
  • Ronnie jumped out of the car as she sped away, and Lindsay Lohan ran over his foot
  • The remaining guys in the car were unable to get Lindsay to stop the car
  • Lindsay sped and caught up with the other car, then did circles around it
  • Lindsay boasted "I can’t get in trouble. I’m a celebrity. I can do whatever the f**k I want."
  • Lindsay lost sight of the assistant in her car, but thought perhaps she was going to see her mother. Lindsay went there instead.
  • The mother was just then arriving at her place, but panicked when she saw the GMC, and drove away. Lindsay chased, through many red lights.
  • When the police arrived at the parking lot where Lindsay had stopped the mother, Lindsay tried to say "the black kid was driving"
  • Lindsay blew over on the alcohol test and almost fell when trying to touch her nose

It’s a pretty outrageous story, hey? But we do know that many parts of it are true - the GMC is true, the car chase is true, the guys were there… but just how much of the rest is true, I don’t know.

Here is the 4-part interview with the witnesses by TMZ:

Ok..If all of this is true..its pretty obvious that she wasnt all there, like in her head…because she was high on drugs and alcohol…i’d find it hard to believe that she would act like this when she was sober…i mean when they say she was saying “im a celebrity..i can do what the f*uck i want”..yeah she may of said that but it was the alcohol talking not her..i mean i doubt she’s that crazy. I mean what they describe is not what i think Lindsay would do…but under the influence of drugs etc maybe. Im not gonna judge her either way..she needs help..shes really ill either way. If it is true (which it seems to be :S ), she could of killed the guy who she ran over..those two other guys and herself..and other people who were on the road. It just shows how drugs can change a person.

It’s hard to believe that two guys cannot stop an inebriated
    young woman from driving of.
This smells like trying to skim money out the situation.
    It’s appaling.

let the trashloid feeding frenzy begin…..no one really knows what exactly occured and there are all kinds of conflicting stories, unverifiable ‘Lindsay e-mails’,exaggerated dialogue, etc, and in the middle of all of this tragic drama is that bastion of truth, tmz!!!LOLOLOLOL.while i believe miss Lindsay is an addicted and damaged mess, you gotta take all this trashloid mania with a big grain of salt, and wait to see what happens on august 24.i have already read that the cops are dropping the coke transportting charge and that she was arrested for ’suspicion’ of drunk driving, meaning they haven’t yet conclusively established that she was in fact, behind the wheel.either one of those clowns could have been driving that truck,as the 911 call states that a man was chasing her.i say wait to see what happens in court before you make judgements based on trashloid heresay.regardless of what happens,i am still a huge fan,and wish her the best in her recovery and legal issues.peace

Hey Rachel Rule:dave — thanks for that refreshing bit of sanity here! But ISN’T it getting SO TIRESOME! to have to weed through all the tabloid trash! It’s just as likely those guys were as trashed — or worse — and tried to shove Lindsay in there (or tricked her into getting in there — IF at all) to keep the law off their own butts!

I’m with you, Rachel Rule:dave — let’s not encourage the media any more than we can help by being only too willing and too gullible participants…

Lindsay — get stronger, stay strong! And find — and KEEP!!! — the kinds of friends and support you need — and DESERVE! You are SO WORTH IT!

Waiting with you, praying for you, as always,
    your Affectionate Fan.

i am not even lindsay, but this sounds like real BS story. How da hell does lindsay run over this dude’s foot? I cannot imagine getting out of an SUV by landing my foot in the path of the wheel, instead of on the ground to the side of the car. another conspiracy to make money off of a celebrity. these ghetto ass fools have no respect for themselves.zero integrity. also, the limpin black dude says lindsay came out of the house and looked like she was intoxicated with alcohol + all kinds of drugs. How did he come to that conclusion when he wasnt even allowed inside the party house to begin with?

It DOTH appear that there are many conflicting opinions over the “rumored facts” …

I don’t think anyone here — myself included — has the slightest clue or sufficient knowledge of the facts to produce a credible conclusion. We are all held to the wading pool of our shallow opinions.

The guys are totally believable, their ONLY “guilt” is being too you and naive. They were hesitant to try “overpowering” Lohan because they believed her self-righteous threats of suing them, the “people” she knows, her infamous “celebrity, - she’s trash.

saint lee returns….another nugget of ‘inside’ information from a plain and simple hater.if you hate her so much as your pompous and obtuse comments suggest, why do you waste your time and energy leaving negative and senseless vitriol on an obvious fansite?i’ll tell you why, saint lee…its because you are a pathetic, judgemental fool who gets off on the misfortune of others, especially celebrities and their fans.you are a black hole of hate.do i make myself clear?!bye now, hater.the moral of this rebuttal to saint lees inane comments is this:no matter how badly one messes up,makes bad decisions, and knuckles under to peer pressure, there is always room for redemption, the chance,if grabbed with all ones desire,to make things right and become a better person.if one is not afforded this chance, how are we any better as a society?i say give Lindsay her day in court and take it from there.peace

I for one trust the court system to find out the true facts in this case and prove that everything attributed to Lindsay is not the truth. right now she is an underdog who needs the right kind of help and support and i hope she gets it. i believe she can turn herself around given the chance. i pray she gets well and trys to make a positive turn around. look forward Lindsay and know you have support.

At this stage, none of us can tell what really happened. Although Lindsay Lohan seems to have been poorly served (to say the least) by her advisors and friends, we can at least hope her lawyers have told her to stop talking to the media. Assuming this is the case, we do not have Lindsay Lohan’s side of the story, and may not get it for a while. During this period, I believe her fans can best serve her by avoiding speculation and instead communicating our best wishes and hopes that the situation will ultimately get resolved appropriately, that Lindsay Lohan will get whatever rest and/or assistance she may require, and that this national treasure will be back making films as soon as she has put her troubles behind her. If this takes time, so be it. A good Lindsay Lohan movie is worth waiting for.

Rachel Rule come off with another one of her attempts to belittle anothers opinion that doesn’t substantiate her own. You know no more of the “facts” than any other person on this blog so get off your self-righteous high-horse. I know you WANT Lohan to be innocent because you vicariously live through her. You are a fan and that’s fine, but your “facts” and opinions are farts in the wind.

I used to like Lindsay Lohan (a little) but I can’t support her, anymore. I see that the supporters don’t want to listen to any other opinions than their own. I guess when you have nothing to stand on anymore but wishes, you start to become nasty and hateful toward anyone who faces reality insteead of trying to hide from it. Lindsay is very evidently NOT a very nice person and thinks more of herself than even her fans do. She’s thrown it all away over drugs and a self-pandering ego. Too bad, really.

There’s an old saying: “A friend in need, a friend indeed.” It is when people we like have problems that they most need our support.

I never wrote to a Lindsay Lohan blog until her recent problems and until I saw the shameful mocking of her on the Leno show (which really pissed me off). While I share much of Dave’s scepticism about what has been related (I don’t consider myself a particularly tough guy, but I’m pretty sure I could have stopped Lindsay Lohan from taking me for a 100 m.p.h. ride in my vehicle if I thought she were impaired) as of now it is less important to try to unravel the truth than to communicate our best wishes that this brilliant actress will overcome her current difficulties. None of us should jump on the “let’s bash Lindsay Lohan bandwagon,” especially when the facts are, at best, unclear and at a time when circumstances probably make it impossible for her to respond to her accusers.

If we were fans of Lindsay Lohan before her latest difficulties, we should remain fans now, when she needs us most. If she were running for President, then her private behavior might cause me to withdraw my “support.” But Lindsay Lohan is not a politician, she is a young actress who has given us some spectacular performances whose personal life may be out of control. Just as I would not run out on a friend when he or she is in trouble–just when they need me most, I cannot imagine feeling anything other than sadness at what is happening to Ms. Lohan. Now, most of all, I would hope that none of us would join the chorus against her. Perhaps she needs someone to talk sense to her. None of us, however, are likely to meet or get to know her. Thus, for better or worse, none of us can be the ones to provide any help or guidance she may need. What we CAN do is what I suspect we all do when a friend is down–to say we’re still there rooting for you.

If you have ever been moved by any of Lindsay Lohan’s movies, if her performances have ever caused you to reflect on her whacky generation, or if she has ever made you smile, then now is the time to wish her well, hope she will get better, and look forward to her return.

    A Lindsay Lohan fan

I hope lindsay is getting the best help she can get and learns to hang around with people who really care about her. I’am tired of her being dumped on. I support her because I know getting the right help can change her lifestyle given the chance. My opinion is that of hope. The hope that anyone can get passed problems and move forward. look forward Lindsay and know your not alone.

    to Susan R. — Jul 31, 2007 at 1:22 am

. . . I guess it has to do with approach — and “balance” ?

None of us here who love Lindsay deny that she is facing some SERIOUS problems — in all the areas you mentioned. In fact, I actually agree with much of what you have said — sadly (I think we would agree that it’s sad). Where we seem to differ is in our choice of what to do about it.

From your vantage point, you seem to indicate that supporting Lindsay has to do with how deserving she is of that support, and when she is no longer deserving, she is no longer supported. Fair enough — I would grant that is a decent position for any “average” fan to take.

However – this post seems to harbor some “other-than-average-fans” — and I would have to say that the “other” trends towards “superior” fans. In fact, I would have to say that many here have gone beyond “fan” to “true friend”. Even though none of us personally have met or know Lindsay, given the opportunity we would treat her as a true friend. Please note — many of us would not hesitate to tell her when she’s doing something “stupid”. We are not blind – just loyal. When one of our friends does something stupid, we forgive, we guide, we support, and we wait for them to come back around. NOBODY bats 1000 in this life, Susan — do they?

OK — so some here don’t take well to negative reviews of her work. I’m not sure that everyone has to like everything she does — or the works as a whole — even though she may have done well in an otherwise-poorly written or directed work. What we DO take issue with is those who express the point of view that, not only is Lindsay not “deserving” of support” but that she never was, never should be, and that she is a totally derogatory person, and in addition expressing wishes of misfortune and hatred towards her. Moreover, most of us have seen repeatedly rumor after rumor spill out into the media and get passed around and hyped up — only to turn out as completely false — and oftentimes (worse) completely contrived and fabricated — with only one perceived purpose — to express hatred of Lindsay. Such expressions can hardly be taken as legitimate criticism, and have consequently been branded (appropriately, I think) as “haters”.

To her VERY HIGHLY-esteemed credit (in my humble opinion) Arieanna has done a STELLAR job of keeping this a FAN site for our Starlet Lindsay — as opposed to a BASHING site (of which there are plenty elsewhere).

So for you to say that Lindsay is “…very evidently NOT a very nice person and thinks more of herself than even her fans do. She’s thrown it all away over drugs and a self-pandering ego…” MAY have some truth to it (interesting you use the word “evidently” – based on __? ) and it MAY be a part of the reality that Lindsay (and we, as her supporters) face, while we do not deny it, yet we choose not to elevate it.

That is what friends do — ok?

    . . . right Lindsay? ;-)

susan r…..i met miss Lohan at the trl studio in times square nov11,2005,when she said hi,and signed my oct04 GQ magazine(shes on the cover,of course).even though our meeting was brief,i was struck by her enchanting personality, friendliness, and her very nice demeanor as she signed everything from clothes to calendars for a huge crowd of appreciative fans,so you can knock off that ‘evidently not very nice’ crap.you don’t know anything about her, other than all the garbage and speculation you see on the internet smear and hate machine.while i will grant you that meeting Lindsay for a couple of minutes is hardly an insight into her personal life, first impressions are always right, and she has done nothing wrong in her professional life to cause me to be any less a fan,in my opinion.her personal life is her business, and i sincerely wish her the best in getting a grip on her demons, and returning to the silver screen.all of you ‘perfect’ people like this susan person should stop throwing stones, you might break a thing or two in that glass house you live in.beware the boomerang of karma, saint susan…..on the topic of this post, these three clowns will be exposed for the liars that they are, mark my words.that is all.wishing my favorite movie star, the best of health and clarity of mind and purpose.love always,a huge fan.peace

I’m so glad these people came forward, so much of stuff like this goes on with big celebs and no one ever gets ‘caught.’ I stopped feeling sorry for lindsay a long time ago. A lot of people face difficulties, stress, pressures and drug/alcohol ‘problems’, but what pisses me off is her ego. I’m really happy life is catching up to her, not because I like to see something ‘bad’ happen to her, but because she made her bed..she hurts lots of people, and she believes thats o.k. If she does die, I do not have any sympathy for her. You reap what you sow.
