The Lohan Family in Court
Dina and Michael Lohan returned to court today to talk about their divorce issues. Lindsay Lohan’s parents met in family court to discuss visitation of Michael Lohan to his youngest kids, Ali & Cody. Although they reached a settlement in the divorce last summer, Michael Lohan re-opened the issue. He claimed Dina was preventing him from seeing his kids - that Dina failed 15 out of 29 times to bring the kids to their ordered visits.
Judge Stacey Bennett says he was encouraged to "hear that the parties and counsel are working at ways to repair the relationship between the children and the father" but that issues remain to be worked out.
After the court appearance, Dina & Michael Lohan gave a press conference saying they plan to resolve their issues in private (which has not been the case, both sides using the press to "communicate."
Michael told the press there will not be more comments from himself or from Dina. They also requested the press allow them space to be with their kids outside the public eye.

Yes Dave, I concur heartily. at some point wisdom would need to prevail. if they actually CAN do it, good for them.
