The Lohan court battles
Well, it would seem that the court battle between Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan is just heating up. Michael Lohan is petitioning the court to see his kids, whom he has not been able to see due to a restraining order. Dina and Michael are also going through the final divorce proceedings.
On Friday, the word "battle" truly applied to "court battle" when Dina and Michael sparred outside of court:
TMZ was there as Dina began divorce proceedings against ex-felon Michael in a Long Island courtroom just a few minutes ago. While Dina accused Michael of breaching their separation agreement by speaking out to the media, Michael alleged that Dina owes him money through the pact as well.
But afterwards, Dina’s "security guy," Ty Dux, made nasty allegations that Lindsay, Dina and the rest of the Lohan clan are "scared" of Michael, and that the family "didn’t sleep at night, even when he was in jail." Michael angrily laid into Dux, calling him a liar and accusing him of being "in cahoots" with Dina Lohan’s brother, Paul Sullivan, who, as Michael felt compelled to point out, was arrested on fraud charges connected to Sept. 11.
While Dina waited in her car, Michael’s lawyers repeatedly urged him to keep his mouth shut. He didn’t comply.
Monday they were back in court. This time, for the kids. And the court might be allowing Michael supervised time with his kids:
The Fighting Lohan Clan was back in court today over ex-felon Michael’s request for visitation rights with his kids, this time in a Nassau County court. The court suggested a solution that might allow Michael to to visit with his children through a monitored process called "therapeutic reunification," which sounds more like a North Korean brainwashing technique than a family reunion.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE FIGHTING LOHAN CLAN??? can you imagine the embarrassment the younger lohan kids must have to endure at school and from their friends as the whole friggin’ planet sees their ridiculous excuses for parental figures,bickering like self-absorbed,money-grubbing,spoiled brats!!!! why must this child custody battle and other family issues be put on public display,when it is plainly clear that this publicity freakshow is tearing the family apart?! both rotten parents need to go to rehab or jail or both.while i dont condone Lindsays drunkedness or alleged drug use,i can see why she would go off the deep end,coming out of this enviroment,and having had to be THE SOLE BREADWINNER for this family since she was quite young,the dad in and out of prison with no job,and dina having never had a job all this time.WHERE’S THE GRATITUDE,KNUCKLEHEAD MICHAEL AND LIAR DINA???all you morons did was mess up your oldest and now you are trying to nutcase the little ones;thank god the older son,michael jr.,got the hell out and seems to have a good head on his shoulders,and going to college.maybe Linds should take a couple of years off from the movie business and go to school.anyway,happy 21st b’day and best wishes for recovery and career.peace
