Before she left Paris to travel to London, Lindsay Lohan was spotted outside the Plaza Athenee hotel with a *huge* cart full of luggage! Lindsay must be planning quite the extended trip away!

Wearing a different outfit than the one she had on when she left Paris on the train, Lindsay Lohan made it to London. Lindsay was escorted through the waiting paparazzi at the St. Pancras Station.

Lindsay then tweeted, “Photo shoots are fun @ night until you realize how jet lagged you are!!!!!” I’m bummed Lindsay is tired, but stoked about a new photoshoot!!

Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson arrive back in London from their very short stay in Paris. Again the girls took the train and were photographed along with a police escort arriving at Kings Cross St Pancras Train Station. Much commentary was made about the rings the girls are wearing.

Lindsay Lohan & Samantha Ronson were photographed at the Eurostar terminal in London to take the train over to Paris. Lindsay – looking casual and comfortable in the oversized white sweater – shot some winning smiles for the paparazzi.
