Lindsay Lohan has been included in the Maxim 2009 Hot 100 at #23!

Lindsay was #9 in 2008, #1 in 2007, and #3 in 2006. The coveted #1 spot this year went to House star Olivia Wilde. You can catch the full list in Maxim magazine today!
