Michael Lohan was in Family Court in September 3rd over a Petition for an Order of Support for Ashley Kaufman, the daughter he allegedly had with Kristi Kaufman. A Suffolk County judge dismissed the request that he had to pay support. If there are any further allegations, they will be dealt with in Montana. If the paternity test results came back, we never did hear the results of them.

Michael Lohan left the court in good spirits, calling his three attorneys “Charlie’s Angels.”

In an interview with OK Magazine at the Charlotte Russe Fashion Show, Ali Lohan shares with us what a great sister she has in Lindsay Lohan.
Ali shared that when she goes to visit Lindsay, she doesn’t pack anything!
“My mom is like, ‘Where’s your suitcase?,’ and I’m like, ‘Mom, seriously, have you seen her closet? I don’t need one!’”
