Lindsay Lohan, according to the NY Post, is considering taking on the role of “creative consultant” for the House of Emanuel Ungaro, a high-end fashion brand that has expanded to include boutiques and licensing agreements worldwide. However, the report is saying that the head designer at Ungaro, Esteben Cortazar, does not welcome Lindsay Lohan and is threatening to leave (with his team) if she’s brought on. That seems a little unlikely, but who knows?

The article continues, with some unknown “source” saying:

“Ungaro thinks Lindsay is going to bring the company new energy and new buzz, but she is going to be the nail in the coffin. Nobody will take them seriously ever again.”

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan was seen doing some major shopping at Chloe in Paris. After the huge shopping spree, Lindsay and a friend boarded the Eurostar to go to London for Lindsay’s upcoming clubbing engagements (and maybe to see Sam?).

Lindsay Lohan and sister Ali Lohan were spotted on May 13th enjoying the view from their fantastic hotel balcony in Paris, each sister fussing with her hair while out there. The girls had a great view of a PETA protest that was demonstrating in the courtyard in front of their hotel.

Despite what looks like a great trip in Paris, and with the Cannes Film Festival just kicking off, you’d think that Lindsay & Ali were settled for some time. Not so! One of the photo agencies has released pictures of Lindsay & Ali back in LA! Lindsay Lohan & Ali Lohan were spotted together yesterday at LAX jetting off to some mysterious international location… that’s now been revealed as Paris!

Lindsay & Ali were spotted in Paris heading out to do some shopping today. They were seen at Balmain, a high end fashion house. Reportedly, in Lindsay’s upcoming interview with Closer magazine, she’s going to say great things about being in London, where people “aren’t as judgmental”, and the scene is more about music and fashion than about movies and movie stars. Lindsay Lohan & Samantha Ronson were in Paris for only a very short time, but they did find a few minutes to do some shopping:

Samantha Ronson posted to her MySpace about the flour incident at the VIP room, where Lindsay was doused with flour by anti-fur activists. Samantha is rightly frustrated and angered that activists crossed the line in their acts against Lindsay - that instead of fighting with words, they moved to assault.

“Whenever I feel the need to vent about something that feels unfair to me I reach for my computer, I don’t run out of the house with abusive intentions. I don’t expect everyone to react the same way, but I do expect people to respect each other.”

Samantha Ronson says that PETA should focus efforts on education instead of attempting to get press by “harassing those in the limelight.”

Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson last night attended a party held at the Vip Room Theater in Paris. While there, an anti-fur activist doused Lindsay with a bag of flour. The activist shouted “Lindsay Lohan - fur hag!” while doing it. Lindsay has been seen out wearing fur coats again in past days, which has angered activists (as noted on PETA’s blog).

PETA Europe’s Robbie LeBlanc says of the incident:

“There is nothing remotely ‘fashionable’ about the torture and death of animals killed for fur. Lindsay Lohan might be able to ignore images of bloody animals skinned alive for their pelts, but we hope a dash of flour will help her rise to the occasion and forsake fur once and for all.”

Lindsay Lohan & Samantha Ronson were photographed at the Eurostar terminal in London to take the train over to Paris. Lindsay - looking casual and comfortable in the oversized white sweater - shot some winning smiles for the paparazzi.

The Mirror is reporting that Lindsay Lohan & Samantha Ronson are flying to Paris to take a break and pick out engagement rings. “After spending weeks discussing rings, they want to visit two leading jewellers there with their finalised design,” their source says.

Lindsay Lohan’s rep denies any engagement rumors. And any person who takes 2 seconds to fact check can go hop to Samantha’s event page and see that Sam has a DJ gig planned in Paris on November 15th. That said, she also has a gig the same night back in London, so her schedule looks pretty hectic!

Sam’s last gig in England is planned for November 16th, when it looks like the pair will either then, or soon thereafter, fly to Dubai for a couple of nights before returning to the US.
