Lindsay Lohan seemed to have a great time at Bardot last night! Lindsay and her entourage of friends were all seen leaving the club in high spirits, with Lindsay’s little brother Michael Lohan Jr. behind the wheel.

After Lindsay Lohan did her shopping at Maxfields and Roseark, she was seen in high spirits as she continued to run errands in Beverly Hills. One of those errands included a trip to get her legs waxed, to which Lindsay says: “Getting waxed can be painful!”

Lindsay Lohan and friend Patrick were seen hurrying yesterday to a production studio in Culver City, High Profile Productions.

Later that day, Lindsay posted some photos of a fake taxi. The taxi was, in fact, a paparazzi! The “Pap taxi,” as Lindsay calls it. Samantha Ronson was returning to her home on Tuesday when the paparazzi harassed her to ask if Lindsay Lohan was “stalking her”, which is something that came about as the result of Lindsay’s actions last week and also again this week.

Samantha’s reply? To tell the paparazzi, “Dude, you’re stalking me!”

Lindsay Lohan and Ali Lohan tried to keep a low profile as they left Chateau Marmont last night in a chauffer-driven car.

Last night as Lindsay tried to escape from the paparazzi as she left h.wood, she decided enough was enough. At home, surrounded by paparazzi, Lindsay made the choice to call in the police for help:

There’s also a rumor that Lindsay Lohan was denied access to an afterparty for Britney Spears’ Circus tour in LA.

In the video below, Lindsay Lohan tries to slip into her car with the protection of some sheets. The paparazzi try to antagonize Lindsay, saying Samantha already has a new girlfriend. They simply laugh at her.

Another image consultant, Gene Grabowski, says that for Lindsay to continue the momentum behind her Funny or Die video, she needs to stop talking about being desperate for work (like she did with NYLON and to E!), and instead focus on always looking and acting like a winner. She should focus on things that get her photographed on a red carpet or a talk show, not just candid paparazzi shots (which we know are not under her control, but red carpet photos are something she can control).

He suggests Lindsay do some morning news shows or fundraisers, always looking polished and centered. In the long term, it may also help if Lindsay gets out of LA and the media for a few weeks, according to another image consultant, Matt Eventoff. Yet another one, Tyler Barnett, suggests that Lindsay get involved with a charity actively like Angelina Jolie did - something that would boost her image and self-esteem. Yesterday, Lindsay Lohan and Ali Lohan were confronted by the paparazzi in a parking garage. They tried to ask her if she wanted to be with Samantha ever again, but Lindsay declines to answer that. They thought she said “No”, but she corrects them. She does seem a little down in her spirits, from her voice. That, or exasperated with the paparazzi!

Lindsay Lohan threw a housewarming party last night with family and friends. The paparazzi first got in Lindsay’s face as she arrived home that night, asking her if she was drunk. Lindsay is quoted as responding with “I don’t drink alcohol”, then yelling to “go harass Samantha”. Nice!

It looks like the paparazzi then climbed a tree to get footage of the window inside Lindsay’s kitchen, showing Dina Lohan at first, then later Ali arriving home. The family then goes to SLS Hotel. I’m not sure at what point any of that qualifies as a “housewarming party”, but that’s what was said.

Lindsay also posted to her MySpace about her Funny or Die spot, saying “i just think it’s better to take something negative and turn it into something good… laughter is the BEST medicine”
