Lindsay Lohan has been appointed as Artistic Advisor of the House of Ungaro!
In June, Lindsay Lohan flew to Paris to meet with Ungaro following rumors that she would be hired by the fashion house as their “creative consultant.” Today, a new press release from Emanuel Ungaro confirms Lindsay’s appointment, effective immediately, in the newly-created position of Artistic Advisor.
The release stats that Lindsay has already been collaborating on the Spring/Summer 2010 runway collection which will unveil on October 4th during Paris Fashion Week (so we can likely depend on Lindsay flying to Paris for that!).

With continued rumors about Lindsay Lohan’s weight loss, Lindsay Lohan gave an exclusive interview to Closer Magazine saying she’s happy with how she looks:
“I like the way I look – I’m not starving myself, contrary to popular belief.”
Lindsay says she’s continually criticized about her weight, weather she’s too thin or too heavy. And, in talking about Samantha Ronson, Lindsay re-iterates that she and Sam are friends.

We reported yesterday that Lindsay Lohan was considering taking on the role of ‘Bo Peep’ in Peepshow, and today E! reports, direct from Lindsay, that she’s not ready to take over a long-standing appearance in the burlesque show.
Lindsay Lohan is not interested in being a lead performer, but says she’s open to a one-time appearance, saying “one show as a guest would be fun.”

I thought all this weight crap was behind us now. In February, Lindsay faced a lot of criticism for her lost figure and worries about her health. At the time, Lindsay said her weight loss was unintentional and due to stress.

Natasha Richardson, who starred with Lindsay Lohan in her breakout Disney film The Parent Trap, died yesterday after brain injuries that were the result of a ski accident in Montreal on Monday.
Lindsay Lohan was only 12 years old when she worked with Natasha Richardson, who played her mom in the film. Lindsay says:
“She was a wonderful woman and actress and treated me like I was her own. I didn’t see much of her over the years but I will miss her. My heart goes out to her family. This is a tragic loss.”
