Judge extends probation for Lindsay Lohan

A judge extended Lindsay Lohan’s probation for another year Friday to allow her time to complete her alcohol education classes, according to FOX news.
Lindsay appeared in a Beverly Hills court Friday after the alcohol education program she had been attended sent a letter to Superior Court Judge Marsha N. Revel saying Lindsay had not been attending classes.
Lindsay was ordered to appear in court to attend a progress report hearing based on the charges that she didn’t finish the classes. Lindsay reportedly was an hour and a half late for court.

Lindsay Lohan summoned to court Friday

Lindsay Lohan has been summoned to court Friday, according to E! Online, but there’s no official word why yet.
According to TMZ, Lindsay’s appearance has to do with whether or not she has been living up to the terms of her probation from her and it may be about her court-ordered alcohol education classes. Linday pled no contest to DUI in 2007.
E! Online said reports show the court order was issued without a warrant during a routine progress check (good!).
