Warrant for Lindsay’s Arrest Has Been Recalled

This is great news for Lindsay Lohan and something her fans, family and close friends saw coming! The arrest warrant for Lindsay Lohan has been recalled by a judge today.
The hearing only lasted 3 minutes and Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, appeared on her behalf today (March 16).
Chapman was able to show proof that Lindsay was in full compliance with the program that was issued to her after she was convicted of a DUI. The judge said that “there are no dirty tests” against Lindsay.

Police Arrive at Lindsay and Sam’s Home

On Saturday afternoon (March 14), police were called to Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson’s Hollywood Hills home. The police arrived at the home allegedly because of a broken window incident.
Sources are saying that Lindsay and Sam were in a heated argument, which was possibly due to the warrant that was issued for her arrest.
“The police knocked and knocked for twenty minutes but neither would open the door – although a short time later a friend arrived with McDonalds food for the two,” said a source who was at the scene.

Lindsay Lohan Arrest Warrant a “Misunderstanding”

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan for allededly failing to comply with a court order that were related to a drunk driving incident. Beverly Hills police called for Lindsay to “surrender” and said, “The warrant stems from the May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI [drink-driving] and hit-and-run.”
An attorney for Lindsay has issued a statement saying that the warrant was a complete misunderstanding.
“Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court,” Lindsay lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said in …read more
Is Lindsay Planning to Cover a Britney Spears Song?

The latest Lindsay Lohan rumor going around is that she is planning on covering a Britney Spears song.
Some believe she is currently working on her third album and a source says, “Lindsay is on the Britney bandwagon. She is hoping to cover Womanizer or Oops! … I Did It Again.”
Also in a recent interview, Lindsay talks candidly about how she is growing up. She says that since her relationship with Samantha Ronson, she has calmed down quite a bit and isn’t the big party girl she used to be.
