Nicholas Prugo has been charged with felony burglary and was being held on $20,000 bail. He was released late last night. Nicholas is set to appear in court on the charges on October 8, 2009. The investigation is ongoing and there are no details about whether or not any stolen property has been recovered.

Dina Lohan told People, “Yes, we have found [him], God is good.”

According to a search of the LASD Inmate Center, Nicholas was also arrested on August 21st, two days before Lindsay’s home was robbed. No details were in the database on that specific arrest. However, the database shows the second arrest was made yesterday, on September 17th.

In June, Lindsay Lohan flew to Paris to meet with Ungaro following rumors that she would be hired by the fashion house as their “creative consultant.” Today, a new press release from Emanuel Ungaro confirms Lindsay’s appointment, effective immediately, in the newly-created position of Artistic Advisor.

The release stats that Lindsay has already been collaborating on the Spring/Summer 2010 runway collection which will unveil on October 4th during Paris Fashion Week (so we can likely depend on Lindsay flying to Paris for that!).

Ungaro has also appointed a new Chief Designer, Estrella Archs, who will work closely with Lindsay. Lindsay will oversee everything Archs does, though they may not always agree! They will use “their combined talent, instincts and intuition to define and promote the Ungaro brand” as the fashion-house attempts to change the vision of the company to be as much consumer-led as it is designer-led.

“Twenty-first Century muses are extroverts whose personal style and experience gives them a strong creative and artistic focus. Thus was our vision of combining the eye of a fashion creator (Ms. Archs) with the eye of the ultimate luxury consumer, a celebrity (Ms. Lohan). Mr. Ungaro’s success was based on his genius for design and his controversial eye to whom his consumer was. Lindsay is a world consumer with a clear eye for fashion.”

In an interview (and photoshoot!) with WWD, Lindsay shares that she hopes to make Ungaro into a younger brand:

“When I’m involved in a project, I give my all to it. I feel like there’s a correlation between everything I do, whether it’s pop music or film. I’ve always played a big part in what I wear, the costumes. Clothing is something that’s so expressive in so many ways. It really interests me.

To be in a position where I’m working with a fashion house in Paris sets it apart from every other celebrity brand.”

CEO of Ungaro hopes that Lindsay Lohan’s celebrity status will bring much-needed attention to the brand, saying “I think the noise level around Lindsay will be very, very big.” It sounds like they’re open to any press – good or bad! Simply put, they say “the fashion industry thrives on controversy anyway.” They love that Lindsay is a diva with an eye for fashion, and love that she always wants to change her outfits throughout the day.

Lindsay shares how Ungaro has always stood for “provocation” and is about being sexy. Lindsay’s vision is for the brand to be “simple and easy” as well as sexy, saying that “less is more.”

Lindsay has signed a multiyear contract with Ungaro which will include overseeing the designs, doing trunk shows, making appearances, and being “where the activities of the brand are.” Lindsay will not, however, appear in Ungaro advertising. Though we may see Lindsay in paparazzi shots wearing the new line

Lindsay and Amanda co-starred together in the 2004 hit movie, Mean Girls. In the movie, Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) transitions from home-schooling to public school. At the school, Cady falls in with the Plastics, a clique that includes Karen (Amanda Seyfried).

Amanda was asked about how it was to film Mean Girls with Lindsay, and if they were friends. Amanda says:

“I liked Lindsay fine, but we were never friends.”

‘Stella is concerned that Lindsay is going overboard with her use of leather,’ says a source. ‘Lindsay wears a lot of Stella’s designs and she doesn’t want to be associated with such a high-profile star who insists on wearing animal products.’

I’m sorry, but a designer can’t really say who can and can’t wear their designs. It’s kind of out of their hands, once they put their clothes for sale. And I’m not sure why being a designer gives Stella the right to tell Lindsay what to wear?

Lindsay has been attacked for her use of fur in the past, and sometimes it looks like she’s changed her mind, wearing no fur and sometimes an anti-fur pin. But leather is something Lindsay doesn’t appear to have given up.

Perez has been receiving a lot of hate lately, including some from Lindsay Lohan herself. In an interview with EW, he admits he brings it on himself, but has no intention of changing his ways.

In his interview, he mentions Lindsay Lohan:

”If Lindsay Lohan were hospitalized tomorrow for exhaustion or dehydration again, I’d make fun of it. That’s what I do. And if she died later, I would genuinely be sad because I like Lindsay Lohan, even though she’s a mess.”

See, that’s where we differ. If I genuinely like someone, I’d never publicly mistreat them as he does. Going from doting on her every tweet to bashing her on his blog. I can’t handle that kind of treatment, and I’m surprised more celebs don’t shun his ‘attention.’ (Though many more have of late!)

A source tells People that Lindsay has patched things up with Samantha, and that things are going great so far:

“They haven’t started fighting yet, but they are back together as far as Lindsay is concerned. Lindsay has been doing so much better and has been giving Sam her space. She is really dedicated to making it work.”

According to Lindsay’s latest tweet, she’s staying in London at the Blakes Hotel – looks like an amazing hotel!!

And in two random pieces of Lindsay Lohan news… Lindsay was matched up with George Hamilton in a poll that ran on dating websites like Date.com. The poll was about matching up young starlets with their “ideal” older celebs. Weird. And in other news, the Maserati Lindsay Lohan was loaned by Dennis DeSantis is now on eBay. Of course, eBay postings can be fake, but who knows?
