A judge extended Lindsay Lohan’s probation for another year Friday to allow her time to complete her alcohol education classes, according to FOX news.
Lindsay appeared in a Beverly Hills court Friday after the alcohol education program she had been attended sent a letter to Superior Court Judge Marsha N. Revel saying Lindsay had not been attending classes.

Lindsay was ordered to appear in court to attend a progress report hearing based on the charges that she didn’t finish the classes. Lindsay reportedly was an hour and a half late for court.

Lindsay Lohan has been summoned to court Friday, according to E! Online, but there’s no official word why yet.
According to TMZ, Lindsay’s appearance has to do with whether or not she has been living up to the terms of her probation from her and it may be about her court-ordered alcohol education classes. Linday pled no contest to DUI in 2007.
E! Online said reports show the court order was issued without a warrant during a routine progress check (good!).

Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving Sam Ronson’s home yesterday to head out to her substance abuse class at Right on Programs yesterday. After that, she went shopping at Roseark for the third time this month.

After going home to change yesterday morning, Lindsay Lohan left her own home with Ali Lohan and her friend to head out to the Right On Programs center in Glendale where Lindsay takes her substance abuse classes:

In other news, remember when Lindsay was tweeting about going to the Asher Roth concert and finding him less than nice? Apparently Lindsay had requested to come on stage while Asher sang She Don’t Want a Man, but he refused. Asher told Perez Hilton, “Lindsay Lohan’s not my scene.” Ouch.

The paparazzi caught up with Lindsay Lohan again yesterday as she went to Glendale for her substance abuse class at Right on Programs. The classes for DUI offenders include games and demonstrations that help people learn to cope in social situations. There are 32 modules of learning available, though there’s no way to know what Lindsay’s learning in her classes.

Lindsay Lohan almost violated her probation. According to TMZ and E!, Lindsay Lohan went in to a Beverly Hills court yesterday for a progress report on her DUI case.
According to these sources, Lindsay Lohan has moved out of Samantha Ronson’s house and not telling the court has meant a technical foul against her case.
Lindsay was supposed to re-enroll for her alcohol education course using her new address, with a deadline of January 2nd. Lindsay was late, according to E!, in re-enrolling.

Oh, well this just sucks! Lindsay Lohan is being sued again!! According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan is being sued by the 3 passengers in the car that Lindsay hijacked in July.
Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro claim that Lindsay hijacked their car and began chasing her ex-assistant’s mother, Michele Peck. Lindsay has already been sued by a passenger in the mother’s car, Tracie Rice, although the lawsuit from these 3 passengers was a long time coming.
