“My lawyers are going after this person for defamation,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “This report is from 2004…five years ago. I was in the club on one night. I sat at the bar, waiting for the owner because I was trying to schedule a bachelor party for my cousin.

Personally, I don’t think the story is true. It’s a sick rumor.

“I never said anything about dances with Lindsay. I did not go inside the club where the dancers are, didn’t have a dance, and never, ever mentioned anything about my daughter. Nothing happened whatsoever. I just sat there, waiting for the owner of the club to come and talk to me,” Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.com

According to the original story, a former owner of the New York City strip club Scores claims Michael liked to frequent the club and preferred girls who looked like his daughter.

“Obviously this person is trying to make some money and publicity for himself,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com.

I have to admit that the comment above is ironic considering that seems all that all Michael Lohan has been doing lately releasing old audio tapes of Lindsay and Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan that are very damaging to the family.

Amazingly, Michael Lohan must be taking a Thanksgiving break from releasing new audio tapes about his daughter.

The fifth audio tape by Michael Lohan to hurt the Lohan family, especially his daughter Lindsay Lohan and ex-wife Dina Lohan, was released exclusively (again) Thursday to Radar Online.

This one-sided tape featuring only Dina Lohan’s side of the conversation has Lindsay’s mother Dina saying Lindsay is drinking again. Only, there is no reference to when the audio tape was recorded.

On Wednesday, Dina Lohan said all of these conversations took place before Lindsay went to rehab (because she’s obviously not talking to Michael Lohan now). Dina also is working on pressing charges on Michael for recording the calls when she was under an order of protection and Michael Lohan was not allowed to call anyone in the family.

“Time is running out with this kid. I know, I’m her mother and I feel it and I’m scared,” Dina Lohan says on the taped phone call.

Once again, remember this is an old tape.

Michael Lohan did give a response to Radar Online on Thursday.

“That’s bulls***. I called the house to talk to the kids and she would get on the phone and tell me all of this stuff. I couldn’t control that. I have all the tapes to prove it,” Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.

I wonder how many tapes Michael Lohan has? I’m betting Dina Lohan is hoping he runs out of tapes soon.

Dina spoke to TMZ in more than a 20 minute interview taped in three parts about how Michael Lohan is hurting not only Lindsay but their other four children.

“It’s time now that someone has to speak out for my children because I not only have Lindsay, but I have four children who have to go to school everyday, and my son’s in college, gets ridiculed on the lacrosse field, so you know, it’s just got to stop,” Dina Lohan told TMZ in a phone interview.

Throughout the interview, Dina says that the tapes he has released are old – they are from before Lindsay went to rehab - and they are edited to be twisted the way he wants them to be.

When asked how Lindsay feels about what her father has done now releasing the audio tapes, Dina skirts the question mostly, but says they “all” feel very hurt, betrayed and scared. The whole family, including Lindsay, has security to keep Michael Lohan away.

Dina also is adamant that Lindsay is doing well.

“Lindsay is fine now, she’s wonderful,” Dina says.

The TMZ hosts very nicely tell Dina many people are rooting for Lindsay, but says there are many who are worried about Lindsay and how she’s doing, especially seeing her in the clubs night after night.

Dina made it perfectly clear that Lindsay is 23 and can go to clubs, but says Lindsay does have problems from a lot of the things she witnessed growing up.

Dina also goes deep into her past as a victim of domestic abuse.

“Lindsay knows in her heart that I’m a victim of domestic violence,” Dina says.

“She saw him hit me, she saw him slit his wrist in a bathtub full of blood, she saw him do things,” Dina told TMZ, saying the damage and pain is there, and it has to come out.

Dina also said the paparazzi makes it hard when they are following girls like her and Britney Spears around 24/7, ready to “push these kids over the edge.”

Because she had a criminal protection order against Michael during the times when these phone calls were made (when he was ordered by law not to contact her), Dina says the police or DA may be able to file charges. And don’t forget, Dina says, he’s behind on his child support too and they are looking into enforcement of that as well. She wouldn’t mind a gag order either.

“To me, it’s so hurtful to my children more than myself. I don’t care what he says about me. A child goes to a parent in a weak moment, and for them to eliminate that worldwide and do that to your own child is just inconceivable to me,” Dina told TMZ.

Dina also confirms that Lindsay hasn’t spoken to her father in months – and the only reason why he saw her a while back (after her burglary?) was when he barged into her hotel room.

And if Michael Lohan’s relationship with his daughter wasn’t bad enough, this one obviously has Lindsay very upset.

“My father knows nothing other than how to sell stories for money instead of getting a real job like normal people do, including myself,” Lindsay told Gossip Cop.

Lindsay told Gossip Cop she hopes he takes the money he is making to pay the child support he need to be paying.

“I hate him so much,” Lindsay told Gossip Cop.

Michael Lohan’s most recent release to RadarOnline.com has Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan discussing Lindsay’s dirty laundry in a one-sided conversation where she reveals that Lindsay was dating Heath Ledger around the time of his death.

Dina Lohan also discusses Samantha Ronson’s relationship with Lindsay.

Dina Lohan has spoke up to E! Online about Michael’s personal attacks.

“The tapes were from a long time ago, and for a father to stoop this low is unforgivable,” Dina Lohan told E! Online. “My ex-husband has been in and out of jail for 10 years. My children and I gave him a chance to get to know them again, and he clearly blew that chance!”

Dina Lohan says Lindsay’s dad never should have had the opportunity or access to record phone calls like the one involving Heath Ledger in the first place.

“I have had a criminal order of protection from the domestic violence sector since 2005,” Dina Lohan said, adding that the order extends through 2011. “He was not supposed to even be harassing me by phone.
My heart is breaking for my children that he could do this. He has no visitation anymore and is six months behind in child support. The authorities have been alerted!”

But will Michael Lohan stop? Probably not.

According to Radar Online, Michael Lohan obtained the audio in September 2008.

“You don’t even know what I’d go through trying to get her into, like, rehab and stuff,” Dina Lohan is heard telling Michael Lohan allegedly on the audio tape. “She’d like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car…like you don’t know the (expletive) I went through trying to get her an intervention by myself. It was very difficult.”

“She’s really sad and really hurt and really…despondent. I told her not to go to L.A. at 18…she did. I couldn’t leave these other three (Dina’s three other kids with Michael) to go get her and it was, like, a mess,” Dina Lohan says on the audio tape allegedly.

On Wednesday, Michael Lohan released an audio tape of a very upset Lindsay.

Michael Lohan tells Radar Online the reason he is doing this is because he’s tired of being considered the bad guy and tired of being lied about. Doesn’t he realize that doing this isn’t going to help his “bad guy/bad father” image?

“I admit, I’m being a bit selfish in releasing the tapes,” Michael Lohan told Radar Online. “But I’m tired of being lied about. I’m tired of Dina and others making me out to be someone I’m not, so now I’m going to prove to the world who the real liars are.”

I can’t even wait to read Lindsay Lohan’s Tweets later today when she gets wind of this. Michael Lohan needs to be more concerned about the legal action Lindsay is about to take against him than trying to find old audio tapes to hurt his family.

Despite Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan’s critical interview with the New York Post, Michael Lohan said he will do what he has to do to help his daughter.

“As far as Lindsay is concerned, if she goes into a rehab, I will stop,” he told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “But if the lies continue and the prescription drug use doesn’t stop, neither will I.”

Michael Lohan said he started his battle to help Lindsay privately but was forced to go public “like Martin Sheen and others.”

“I wasn’t going to let people hear Dina’s drunken rants about Lindsay, and I certainly wasn’t going to let people hear anything about Lindsay, but now that Dina and Lindsay continue to lie and deny their problems, and even make up stories about me, NOW you will see and hear Lindsay’s calls and texts. I am NOT the liar, they are. Hopefully then, they will realize how deceptive and in denial they are and finally realize that lying and denial are part of their addictions,” Michael Lohan told RadarOnline. “I am sorry I had to take this route, but I have tried and tried to help Linds and I have been lied about long enough.”

Meanwhile, Lindsay’s recent Twitter rant about her father  makes it clear how she feels about him right now.

I know Lindsay fans just hope that her father isn’t right, though many fans think Michael Lohan  could approach the situation less publicly.

Not only does Dina say Lindsay is applying for a restraining order against her father, Dina says she is ready to send her ex-husband to jail for nonpayment of child support (for the past six months) for her other children, she told the New York Post. She plans to file a violation order and if he doesn’t pay up, he could go to jail.

“He’s getting a cease-and-desist letter [from us], so that’s not going to happen. If it’s something personal about your child, you don’t go public with it,” she told New York Post’s Page Six. “He is hurting Lindsay. It breaks my heart. She’s like, ‘Mommy, when is he ever going to stop?’ ” Dina said.

Dina says he should have the money to pay the child support because he is getting paid by the shows he is going on to talk about Lindsay.

“He’s getting paid for these shows he’s doing talking about Lindsay,” Dina told the New York Post. “He’s flying all over the country and not paying for his other three children he’s hurting every time he goes on television.”

And Lindsay is not the only one who may get a restraining order against Michael Lohan.

“It is horrific that a father could do this. We are afraid he’s spiraling out of control. [Daughter] Ali is scared and will be getting an order of protection. Lindsay is getting an order in California and in New York,” she told the New York Post. “He’s desperate, he’s running out of options because none of his children is talking to him. Doors are closing for him, and he’s getting a little nervous, which makes us nervous. We’re scared.”

Lindsay has used Twitter to get her message across loud and clear in these four tweets.

I’m guessing Lindsay is upset about a lot of things her dad has been saying to the press recently. Michael Lohan’s most recent Lindsay bashing was with Access Hollywood (watch the video here). Michael Lohan says he has secretly recorded phone calls from his ex-wife Dina Lohan about how concerned she is about Lindsay. He is adamant that Lindsay is addicted to prescription drugs and that she will die in less than a year if her behavior doesn’t change.

But Lindsay and Dina Lohan have made it clear that they don’t want Michael Lohan talking about their family to the media. If Michael Lohan is really concerned about Lindsay, he needs to figure out another way to do it.

Dina Lohan’s message was clear: Stop discussing Lindsay’s private life.

“Michael Lohan needs to focus on being a parent, paying child support, of which he is six months behind, and making up for all the years he was an absentee dad. And stop going on national television talking about his children publicly,” Dina Lohan told People.

I can’t blame Dina Lohan. Enough is enough. Earlier today, Michael Lohan talked to X17online.com

“I’m going to see the judge this week…If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged [with] kidnapping,” he told X17Online.com

On the Maury show Thursday, Michael Lohan directed a message to Lindsay:

“I’m gonna do anything and everything I have to save your life, whether mom likes it, the public likes it, or anyone,” Michael Lohan said during the interview.

Meanwhile, People said a source says Lindsay is planning to turn to the courts herself to get a restraining order against her dad.

Really, the man has went too far. When will he get the message? Going to national TV and tabloids will only draw a larger wedge between Lindsay and her father.

Lindsay also had been spotted shopping at Dior and Curve. In these set of photos, Lindsay is wearing a trendy black trenchcoat over her black leggings, beige top and black jacket.

According to OK Magazine, Lindsay also attended the launch for Victoria’s Secret new scent “Velvet.”

At this event, Lindsay was quite talkative — saying all of the Lohan girls plan to pursue their gifts – shoes for mom Dina Lohan, singing for sister Ali Lohan and designing, acting and singing for Lindsay.

Here’s what Lindsay said about her sister when questioned if she gives her advice about her music career.

“I don’t really give her any advice. When we’re together she’s my sister. We don’t really talk about it. It’s just a lot of work and she knows that from watching me,” Lindsay said according to OK Magazine.

Lindsay said news for her mother’s shoe line took her by surprise.

“She’s excited. And she has great taste in shoes. Since I’ve been a little girl I’ve always known my mom to be in heels. Never in flats. So I would buy her flats and she would never wear them. They’ll all be heels,” Lindsay told OK Magazine.

Lindsay also had a lot to say about fashion and her role as the artistic advisor for Ungaro.

“I’m going back to Paris,” Lindsay said. “The next collection that they have is already in January. I was thinking about March — thinking that I have until March — and they’re like, oh no-no-no it’s January in New York. I was like, (gasp) okay… I’ll be back!”

Does that mean Lindsay is headed back to Paris really soon? I’m not sure.

Lindsay said she also is working on acting again and starting her music career back up.

“I want to play [silent film star] Clara Bow. I’ve been working for a while now, getting the rights to her life story. I have someone writing it,” Lindsay said.

Lindsay also told OK Magazine she would love to be on HBO’s True Blood.

“I’m obsessed with True Blood,” Lindsay told OK Magazine.

By the way, it appears that Lindsay has deleted some of her recent tweets about on-off girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s family. The only one that remains is this Tweet from Monday:
