Lindsay Lohan’s Father of the Year Michael Lohan has released another audio tape to Radar Online, this time an audio tape of his ex-wife Dina Lohan discussing their daughter.
According to Radar Online, Michael Lohan obtained the audio in September 2008.

Michael Lohan doesn’t plan to stop talking about daughter Lindsay Lohan in the media unless she plans to go to rehab, Lindsay’s father told RadarOnline.com. He is pictured below having lunch with a female companion in West Hollywood on Friday.

Despite Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan’s critical interview with the New York Post, Michael Lohan said he will do what he has to do to help his daughter.
“As far as Lindsay is concerned, if she goes into a rehab, I will stop,” he told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “But if the lies continue and the prescription drug use doesn’t stop, neither will I.”

Dina Lohan spoke out in daughter Lindsay Lohan’s defense Sunday to the New York Post about Michael Lohan’s recent ranting.
Not only does Dina say Lindsay is applying for a restraining order against her father, Dina says she is ready to send her ex-husband to jail for nonpayment of child support (for the past six months) for her other children, she told the New York Post. Dina Lohan finally lashed back at ex-hubby Michael Lohan Saturday for his recent comments on national television and to the tabloids about their daughter Lindsay Lohan.
Dina Lohan’s message was clear: Stop discussing Lindsay’s private life.

Lindsay Lohan shops at Chanel in New York City Wednesday upon returning to the United States from Paris.

Lindsay also had been spotted shopping at Dior and Curve. In these set of photos, Lindsay is wearing a trendy black trenchcoat over her black leggings, beige top and black jacket.
According to OK Magazine, Lindsay also attended the launch for Victoria’s Secret new scent “Velvet.”
At this event, Lindsay was quite talkative — saying all of the Lohan girls plan to pursue their gifts – shoes for mom Dina Lohan, singing for sister Ali Lohan and designing, acting and singing for Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan is having a rough week, or so it seems in the press.

Dated Oct. 5, the letter from Stephanie G. Ovadia & Associates in New York is addressed to Mario Lavandeira aka Perez Hilton.

Dina Lohan defended daughter Lindsay Lohan Thursday, while slamming her ex-husband Michael Lohan for claiming the family was planning an intervention for Lindsay for an alleged addiction to prescription pills.

Speaking of family, there are news stories circulating now about how Lindsay Lohan was taking Ali clubbing. We did perhaps see this in videos, though the news now is saying that Lindsay is partying with her sister in these clubs and both are smoking. I hope that’s not true.
