Hopefully, Lindsay was able to straighten things out so that her court appearance today will go well. Lindsay reportedly has to appear in court today for something related to her court-ordered alcohol education classes.

You can tell that the paparazzi really doesn’t care that they are on private property, as Lindsay tries to shield herself from them with help rom the woman in pink.

Jennifer Sunday, a chemist, claims she had a deal with Lorit Simon’s company to develop a tan line, but refused to sell her secret formula of 11 herbs and spices to Lorit & Lindsay. She now claims those ingredients are the basis of Lindsay’s Sevin Nyne product.

“It was initially envisioned [Sunday] would manufacture the product and ship out the spray to Ms. Simon’s company,” plaintiff attorney Marcia Cohen tells E! News. “Now we see Ms. Lohan taking credit for having created Ms. Sunday’s formula and product.”

Lindsay Lohan has not yet released a public statement about the accusations, but she did respond to someone on Twitter saying:

“look-i wouldnt lie about something that i worked on with people for 3 1/2years-it works on every color skin, & works great. xo”

Update: Lindsay Lohan has posted again to her Twitter, slamming Perez Hilton reporting the claim with a negative spin (of course):

“Leave it to @perezhilton to put out FALSE information. No formula was stolen for Sevin Nyne. It’s a woman looking for a payday. That’s it!”

I hope this finally shows Lindsay that Perez is no fan of hers and that his constant praise of her on Twitter is just kissing up!

According to these sources, Lindsay Lohan has moved out of Samantha Ronson’s house and not telling the court has meant a technical foul against her case.

Lindsay was supposed to re-enroll for her alcohol education course using her new address, with a deadline of January 2nd. Lindsay was late, according to E!, in re-enrolling.

“It was just a technicality,” Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman Vania Stuelp tells E! News. “They have fixed the addresses and paperwork, and there is no violation of probation.”

Nothing has come of being late, if indeed this is at all true. Lindsay’s lawyer, Blair Berk, was said to have done a good job with the judge making sure everything was ok. There will be another hearing on February 5th when Lindsay needs to prove re-enrollment in the course.

So, does this mean that Lindsay Lohan did move out of Samantha Ronson’s house? And are we to infer that means something more? I am not sure that it necessarily means they broke up – but perhaps have kept a healthy distance with this move?
