Sarah Jessica Parker angry about wearing same dress as Lohan
Sarah Jessica Parker is furious about the dress she wore to the Radio City Music Hall premiere of Sex and the City: The Movie. The designer apparently told Sarah Jessica Parker that nobody had been seen in or photographed in the Nina Ricci gown. However, this was untrue.
The dress has been previously worn by Lindsay Lohan, for the Harpers Bazaar magazine, and by Lauren Santo Domingo for the Costume Institute Gala last month.
"In the big picture, this is not important, but there is a relationship between the entertainment industry and fashion. We’ve watched sales dwindle and we’ve watched people be less inclined to spend money on clothes."
"Look, my affection for the dress hasn’t changed, but what they did was so short-sighted. It’s just unethical and disappointing that they would allow the dress to be worn again."
The design house claimed that Lauren Domingo was not an A-lister, so they didn’t count her wearing the dress, but what about Lindsay? Do you think it was unethical of them to trick Sarah Jessica Parker this way?

WOW! Talk about unethical!!! That’s like worse than cheating on your spouse, kicking a puppy, or being a lawyer/politician!

Poor Sara. Not only did she re-wear a dress, but Batman wasn’t with her, either.
See, this is why I don’t understand fashion at all. What’s wrong with the dress now because someone else already wore it? I’m not a clothes horse by any stretch of the imagination, as my “I Eat Lions” t-shirt demonstrates, but I fail to see the big deal of being the first to wear a dress.

With all the other things going on in this world anybody who gets upset about something as trivial as this is VERY shallow and VERY self-centered.

They should have told her; lying to SJP was bad - and it was even her sex and the city premiere.
i wonder if lindsay has seen the premiere - i know she’s a huge fan of the TV series

Skipp I agree with you. This is Very trivial. And really, the dress is nothing special. Big deal. What’s sad is how VERY shallow the media has gotten by even reporting on something this stupid.

you guys, it was RUDE of them to blatantly lie and say no one had worn it. no its not a catastrophe, or anything close to it, but it wasn’t right to lie about it.
but it is a very pretty dress, and sjp was praised for it either-way so no harm is really done.

Opie I agree with YOU !! HAHAHAHAHAAAaaaaaaa! Yes Sara needed the close relationship of a Super Hero, maybe Iron Man, who is popular again right now, to get close to the uproar that, that DRESS caused being on Lindsay, for the Super Hero / mag fashion shoot !!! ( and of course what Sara is upset about, is that Lindsay looked MUCH more stunning in it than she did !) Lindsay YOU Rule !

i have perceived SJP as a conceited,snobbish,boring,and quite uninteresting celebrity,a questionable ‘actress’,and due to her political posturing in the 90s,i have never spent a dime to see her movies,so this whining in no way suprises me.i think Lindsay looks adorable in the dress,and her engaging smile definitely lights up the photo.go,Lindsay,go!!!peace

Ashley in Just My Luck,borrowed and wore a dry-cleaned dress belonging to SJP,so maybe SJP is getting some payback,lol.oh,the irony of real life imitating art…
