Rob Schneider as Lindsay Lohan

Last night, Lindsay Lohan had a scheduled appearance with Jay Leno to promote "I Know Who Killed Me", but of course had to cancel after her latest DUI. Instead, Rob Schneider appeared… as Lindsay. Dressed up in drag, promoting her movie. To some extent.

The Deuce Bigelow star appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night in drag as Lohan. The 21-year-old actress canceled her appearance with Leno after her bust early yesterday morning for allegedly driving under the influence.
Also this morning, Barbara Walters criticized Leno for having Schneider do the drag routine. "It just seems so mean," the TV maven said on The View.
However, Elisabeth Hasselbeck said she stops feeling sorry "when a person who’s drinking gets behind the wheel of a car when 43,000 people a year are killed by drunk drivers."
Despite Walters criticism, she did air Schneider’s Leno bit during the morning chat show.

i agree BARBARA and i agree with ELISABETH.
but what i don’t understand is(AND I JUST FOUND THIS OUT),if the cops came while LINDSAY was OUTSIDE of the car with a BUNCH of people,how do they know if she was DRIVING?
did they just see LINDSAY and ASSUME she was DRIVING?
I saw the Jay Leno Skit last night, It crossed a serious line, not that he made fun of Lindsay, which I didn’t like, but that this time what he did is slanderous, and Transcripts of what he did being printed are Liableous. Jay I like your show, a lot better than that not being mentioned Red Headed Guy that follows you, But this is going too far, Lindsay’s court date is a few weeks away, and she has not been convicted of anything, yet, we all know she is a trying to recover alcoholic, But she is not yet a Felon, so please do not cross that line untill AFTER the Hearing, and or trial. Innocent untill proven guilty is still the rule of Law. I firmly believe that she was guilty of driving drunk, thats why she was arrested, but the Felony charges have yet to play out in court. Please be considerate. And To Lindsay, Her Fans, and her detractors, I Have this to Say, NOT all the World is Laughing at you, especially ME, when You Laugh I laugh with you, to share your joy, when You Smile, I smile with you to share your Happiness, and content, when You Hurt, I hurt with you, to share your pain. when You cry, I get sad with you to share your trouble. She should emancipate herself fom the hurt and pain her parents caused her soul and start being a grown up, who takes full responsibility for her doings. she is 21 now, other people come from fucked up homes and they become doctors, lawyers whatever. just look at rachida dati!

Linsday Lohan needs to goto jail, next time she might actually kill someone. She needs more than help for her problems, she needs to be taught a lesson!
“Please be considerate”….its VERY hard for people to be considerate when someone drinks and drives again and again. Im a fan of LL but I am disgusted and believe she should be punished to the fullest extent possible. She could have killed people. Its not a joke anymore. Even if the courts find her “not guilty” of the charges (which would be disturbing), the fact of the matter is SHE WAS DRUNK. SHE WAS DRIVING. Its a fact. Enough said. All this money and she cant hire a driver? Irresponsible. I love my Linds as an actress, as a star, but I am seriously disgusted with her actions. She needs help and I hope she gets it.
This is disgusting! He should go to jail for looking so damn ugly! His movies suck & he is not funny. Is it called Let’s Pick on Lindsay! or is it called Jay Leno? It’s cheap having a laugh when Lindsay is on rock bottom
trying to get a bit popularity on her expense of course.
It’s appalling though, because Lindsay can’t defend herself.

rob schneider is a moron,a complete schmuck,and will do anything for publicity,but this a new low for leno.i really don’t care for his show anymore.anyway,i need to point something out that’s been bugging me.the police did NOT pull over Lindsay in either alleged dui.in dui no.1,she was found at the hospital,no pics,witnesses,or video of her behind the wheel.in dui no.2,the cops found her in a parking lot,OUTSIDE the vehicle(not hers),in an arguement with another individual,and TWO other people inside the car Lindsay was allegedly driving.once again,no video,witnesses,or pics of her behind the wheel.i am NOT defending her drunkedness,just the fact that you are presumed innocent until PROVEN GUILTY BEYOND THE SHADOW OF REASONABLE DOUBT.the police or prosecutor have to prove she was in fact,behind the wheel.just wondering….peace
Tres Chic — and Rachel Rule:dave — this is an interesting bit of information — about maybe Lindsay was NOT driving? or, that she was only not SEEN driving? She was doing SO WELL — or so it seemed. And if she was ACTUALLY doing that well, I have to wonder if maybe someone “SLIPPED” her something ?
No — I do NOT want to make excuses — especially if she is still having real problems — she needs help. I just want to know exactly what is behind all this — did Lindsay relapse? Or was she set up?
If this has been another set-up, or another abortion of journalistic “… integrity” (did I have to use that word here?) — I’m going to turn quite a few shades of pure LIVID!
On the other hand, if she is still having problems, she definitely needs to learn the lessons — she is NOT above the law — neither the legal system, nor ultimately the spiritual laws of creation.

After reading all the different accounts of what has transpired that night, I must say it does seem a bit too pat, I was really shaken up myself when the news came out. Made a comment a few Posts up about possible setup, Now if Lindsay, did get drunk ( which seems possible) and was Flirting with Tarin’s Boyfriend ( which seems plausible, as her libido goes into ORBIT when she is drunk ) Then perhaps the WHOLE episode was ” Staged ” in revenge as a setup to ‘Get Even’ !!! God these people she has around her are worse than pirhanna fish, which also goes with that other statement, We her loyal fans have all said she needs to get a completely new circle of friends, ( Except possibly Jaz ) and GET WISE to this stuff!!! And Speaking of JAZ WHERE WAS HE?? Probably left for the night thinking Lindsay was OK, at home having what ?? Possibly the equivelent of a ” Slumber Party ” which would explain the lack of pants, and in a drunken crash hurry, she grabbed a pair of pants that were not hers, fit well enough to use, without realizing that the Drugs had been planted on them?? Sounds like a SETUP to me, now that I am calmed down and thinking instead of emoting. They are trying REALLY REALLY hard to get her arrested for something she didn’t do. AND now for the Kicker, in many states, to be charged with DUI, you HAVE to be caught behind the wheel !! Not out of the car and talking to someone else!! and was the motor running, and did her two passengers SAY that lindsay was driving to the police, or did Lindsay admit she was driving to them ?? Not Enough Details. Now the Crazy Part, IF the Arrest was UN FOUNDED, then the SEARCH at the police station CANNOT BE USED AGAINST HER IN A COURT OF LAW, because it stemmed from an unlawfull arrest!! I am not as Familiar with California’s Driving Laws, as I have no occasion to drive there yet, as I am with Tennessee’s but you DO have to be behind the wheel here, with the motor running in some cases, not in others, but defined as BEHIND the WHEEL. Which at the time of her Arrest, she was not, HAHAHA She could get off on a Technicality!! Completly !! They did NOT see her Driving!! They did not officially arrest her for “Drunk and Disorderly Conduct” so they cannot go behind the fact, and change the charges, If the same laws hold there that hold here, She can WALK, free and clear…..Let us hope and Pray. Larry R, – sorry, but you’re wrong. Nothing he did was legally “slander” or “libel” because the rules for private citizens do not apply to “public figures” in these legal areas. So, while you may want to sue him for possibly bad humor, he broke no laws. The legalities involved here are Federal and cannot be trumped by a lesser court regardless of any state laws.
Pamela, the Slander, occoured the moment he alluded to her being a ” Felon” ( he actually USED the word Felon meaning in context convicted criminal ) which she is NOT yet, that is a Defamation of Charecter, Public or Private.
