Michael Lohan slanders Dina
Michael Lohan should learn to hold his tongue, before he finds himself in court again. Nobody should ever tell the press that another person is a rapist, unless he has his facts straight. Which Michael does not. This is drawn out - lots of responses and whatnot. Be prepared for a long tirade here.
InTouch published a picture of Dina Lohan with her new boyfriend, Jim McMillan, claiming he was Lindsay’s new "father figure."
Michael Lohan then lost it. He went to Perez Hilton for an interview, and proceeded to slander said boyfriend. Michael Lohan first claims that Dina is preventing him from seeing his kids, despite the court order, and is preventing his reconciliation with Lindsay. Of course, he brings this to the press, not the judge.
Dina Lohan talked to the NY Post (something I agree with Michael she should not have done) about seeing Lindsay in rehab:
Lindsay Lohan and her mother, Dina, have decided to allow Michael Lohan to visit his eldest daughter at her Utah rehab. "It was actually her older brother, Michael’s, idea. It’s a part of the healing process," a friend said. "Lindsay will see him later this week, but she will have counselors with her. It will not be alone." Michael - whose divorce from Dina is likely to be finalized soon, now that they’ve resolved most issues between them, including custody - hasn’t seen Lindsay in years… A rep for the Lohans said, "Yes, he will be seeing his daughter."
So, Michael Lohan feels that talking to the press potentially jeopordizes his attempt to reach out to Lindsay.
Michael, thoroughly annoyed now, then insults Dina’s family and accuses Dina Lohan of being a cocaine addict - and with supposed proof - who has been in 5 car accidents from drunk driving.
Michael Lohan then calls Dina Lohan’s boyfriend a rapist, and bad influence on his kids.
You don’t see me having some degenerate boyfriend around my kids, I don’t have anyone around our kids, but she has this degenerate boyfriend around our kids. The guy’s a drunk, he’s a rapist, he’s a piece of garbage hanging around my children.

Upon investigation by the press, it is clear that no charges have ever been laid against Jim McMillan.
It doesn’t stop there. Dina Lohan then went to 24sizzler to respond to Michael. Gotta love how they do this out in the open. She says this:
"Now the world will know why eight people were issued criminal stay away orders of protection until 2011 against Michael Lohan”
Yikes. Somebody should tell these two to shut up and stop talking to the press.

you know what i find hilarious every time i see a picture of this pathetic clown,’minister mikey’? Lindsay is one of the most photogenic people i have ever seen,and i am a big fan of black and white photography,and photography in general.however,every time i see clown boy,his face is distorted,out of symetrical balance,and his features always distract from the compisition of the picture.in other words,father and daughter are worlds apart,180 degrees out,peas in different pods.what gives? and,oh yeah,minister mikey,it’s not really a good idea to slander the only parent that been there for those four children,their entire lives,the parent that got them to school,soccer practice,the auditions,you get the point,moron.peace

every now and then,i blast the haters and posers and tell them to spell and punctuate before they hate.like my rhyme?thought so.anyway,i am now on the receiving end of my own spelling and gramattical correctness rant in the above comment.i spelled it ‘compisition’,but it is actually ‘composition’.thanks,spellcheck dave.peace

OMG i’m so sick of hearing about Michael Lohan. Why doesn’t he stop the tirades about trying to become famous himself and help his daughter? If he makes a reality show I WILL NOT watch it. That just sickens me. Really. Poor Lindsay!

Michael should’ve looked himself in a lot of mirrows first before saying those. Take it easy rachel, cool it, and my spelling,grammar or whatever is worst. I’m going to watch the reality show if i have the chance, but just for wanting to know what he will be saying about the our miss Lindsay.

Hey Arieanna, any word on whether Michael Lohan has met with Lindsay or not yet ??? Wonder how that went…..I am torn at this point between wishing him bad luck, and hoping for the best, like he really HAS had a transformation, as my GOD can and DOES work miracles !! If HE didn’t, I would lose all hope.
The Bible says it is WRONG to wish Harm on your Enemies, and do not Rejoice at the Calamity of those who hate you. lest you also be visited by same, But he has REALLY hurt her, and I HATE that.
It is however for them to sort out before GOD. So Instead I make no judgement, and let GOD do the Judging on this one. We of course can Pray.

Have they met or not? I have read that Lindsay was tested for drugs and the result came out positive and therefore visting hours got cancelled. So; no meeting then.
What is true about that?

I don’t think that I’d completely trust any fragmentary stories from any source unless it was clearly official. But just because it’s a negative story doesn’t make it false either. I was a bit worried about this because we hadn’t seen her for so long after she had made a some public appearances. But, in this case I think the story is false. The test was supposed to have happened on Aug 15 and if this was true one might think that it would have messed up the plea deal. Also, if the alleged confrontation with the Cirque’s director had occurred why wouldn’t her privileges have been suspended immediately? In that case we wouldn’t have seen so much of her between the Aug 16 and Aug 21. So I think this nasty story is false.
