Michael Lohan on Redemption
Michael Lohan gave an interview on Wednesday with AP Television News. Here is a text report of said interview:
Does Lohan blame himself for Lindsay’s troubles?
"Absolutely. How can I not? I mean, we lead by example," Lohan said in an interview Wednesday with AP Television News.
He entered a Christian-based drug and rehabilitation center in West Babylon, N.Y., after he was released from prison in March. Lohan had repeatedly said Lindsay needed the same kind of treatment.
"I made a commitment when I was in there to God and to myself that, when I got out, I was going to do God’s work, and I was going to share with other people what I’ve been through and how God changed my life," Lohan said.
He is now a spokesman for GodMen, which holds events designed to help Christian men renew their faith.
Lohan said he doesn’t care if people question the sincerity
of his religious convictions.
"I’ve had such an effect on my family and my daughter Lindsay, and I want to show them through my example that you can right the wrongs and turn it around," he said.
Lohan added: "And I hope that the grace that has been given to me can work through my family, and that we can come back to that same place in our hearts."
And here’s a recent video montage of Michael Lohan’s defenses of Lindsay:

michael,
the best way you can help your beautiful, immensely talented, flawed but oh so human daughter,is by NOT talking about to every trashloid media outlet that will give you the time of day.let me put this in laymans terms
you see,in old hollywood, all the stars had this little thing in that that bag of icon essence called ‘mystery’.unfortunately, with todays jerry springer trashloid media, the trashmag buying public with their insatiable appetite for negativity, and the constant output on her personal life from YOU,Lindsay has lost a lot of her mystery.PLEASE SHUT UP,MR LOHAN,AND LET HER HEAL.now,i still find Lindsay mysterious, glamorous, charismatic, and a whole host of other adjectives, but that is because i met her briefly in 2005,and i see the trashloid media for what they truly are, jackals, vultures, and lying hyenas.take that, haters!!!!wishing my favorite movie star and incomparable triple threat talent, the absolutely beautiful Lindsay Lohan, the best of health, happiness, and good publicity as she tangos her way back to the top of her profession.love you, miss Lohan.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

This is an Interesting piece, I feel compelled to comment here, just to dispell the myths and un-knowledge which is so prevelent in our society and sociologically challenged world, Simply put, Redemption is the Following: A: the confession of a Good Heart towards God That Jesus IS Christ, the Son Of GOD, B: Putting Christ on in Baptism, for the washing of Regeneration and Renewing of the Spirit in US. for the Putting ON of the Holy Spirit, and then being purified and sanctified by the Blood Of Him Who is verily Christ, Jesus, the Son of GOD. This is the core of Redemption, the act of Baptism is the good faith response of the heart, soul, body, and mind, to Obiedience, to the Will of GOD, wherein he ordered US, the Believers in Christ to Put on Christ in Baptism. The Why of Redemption, is just as Simple, and straight forward, to be redeemed from the Wrath of GOD, which HE, GOD has towards all who have Sinned, and are not in a justified state with HIM, in short, If you don’t put on Christ in Baptism, and mean it with your whole Heart, then you don’t get into heaven. And you are still in a non-purified relationship with the Father in Heaven, and subject to his wrath. ( in danger of Hell, rather permanently I am afraid. ) This is what Redeemed means to a Christian, putting on Christ, and being saved from condemnation. So what does it mean to Michael ? when He talks about Redemption ? I hope it means the same thing to him as it does to us…but a word of caution here, Just because you are in a redeemed state after putting on Christ in Baptism, does not mean you no longer Sin against GOD, and nowhere in the Bible does it teach that. So this is why we are to avoid being Judgemental if we can, because each persons christian walk is between them and GOD at that point, we can pray, for , and assist that walk, if we are asked to do so, or moved to do so, but it is still up to the Individual, and GOD, no one can get you into Heaven, except You, and GOD, not the Minister, your parents, friends, or the most pious persons in history, only between YOU, and GOD. so where am I going with this?? Young Christians are taught for their own defense, to be wary of Imposters, almost drilled into them from Baptism, and good judgement must come with a continued walk in Faith with GOD, I am not so sure of Michaels good judgement in terms of how he feels about Riley Giles, as a possible life-mate for his daughter, but I myself, am trying not to rush into a judgemental state where Riley is concerned, but I wouldn’t go so far as to approve of him with Lindsay as anything MORE than a good supportive friend at this point. Wolves in sheeps clothing indeed…GOD Bless You and Protect You from the Machinations of those around you Lindsay, who pretend to be your friends, and smile in your face, while plotting evil against you out of the other sides of their mouths. This is one of my prayers for You, Lindsay D Lohan.
GOD Bless You Always, Lindsay D Lohan, I Love You Always, ME, Larry T Robinson O.R. Tn.
