Michael Lohan granted visitation rights

Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan went to court today to settle their divorce and determine Michael Lohan’s parental rights. The trial has been ongoing for most of the summer.
Two weeks ago, a judge ordered Michael Lohan to pay $500 a week in child support and reprimanded him for not seeking employment. His ability to see his kids depends on him proving he’s attempted to find a job during the last 2 weeks.
TMZ is reporting that Judge Ross has ruled that Michael Lohan will be allowed to see his 2 youngest kids – Aliana Lohan and Dakota Lohan. The visits will be supervised by a Teen Challenge pastor and two lawyers.
Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan’s lawyers will decide the divorce settlement details by next Friday.
