Michael Lohan Disputing Divorce Claims

OK! Magazine is reporting that Michael Lohan is disputing some of the divorce claims. The New York Daily News is claiming that Michel is reopening his divorce case with Dina Lohan because Lindsay has yet to see her ailing grandmother - however, this is untrue. Although Michael Lohan is opening the divorce, it is for other reasons.
"To address the article in today’s Daily News, let me say this: Lindsay has nothing to do with me opening my divorce case or any other suits that are being filed against Dina, and Lindsay has been in touch with both my parents.”
The Daily News reports that none of the grandchildren have seen their grandparents - not when Michael’s mother was in a car accident, and not his father, who is dying in the hospital and just went into heart failure again. The report claims that this, and Michael’s desire to sue Dina for her upcoming Living Lohan show, which he claims was her idea, caused him to open the divorce again.
“The facts are Dina defrauded me and breached her divorce contract with me, just like she does to so many others,” he continues.
Dina Lohan took the house and all the furniture in the divorce agreement, as well as a sum of cash. Michael claims that Dina owes a lot of money to people and is not afraid to claim other people’s ideas as her own. She "use[s] Lindsay’s name to do it," Michael claims. Michael does not deny the Daily News was incorrect about Living Lohan, indeed he confirms it to a degree. Michael seems angry that Dina’s brothers, who are themselves in a lot of police trouble, are hidden from the show despite it being "reality" tv.
So, Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan are going back to court and Michael hopes people will see the "truth" in what "values" Dina has. Delivered with typical Michael oomph, of course.

Michael — do what must be done. The media will surely turn it around “a hundred ways from Sunday” (literally! — I always wondered where that phrase came from and what it’s supposed to mean …).
I’m sorry there is still fallout for the kids — I guess they’ve been through the worst of it, so hopefully this won’t be as devastating …
Praying that God will give you WISDOM! — (and that you will be wise enough to listen and obey) — but YOU have to ask Him for it! (James 1:5). But then, I believe that you already know that — just don’t forget it! :-)
I pray for you all, Lindsay, Michael, and the rest of the family — and especially for the Senior Lohans — for God’s Strength, Comfort, Peace, and Tender Mercies for the days to come …
