Lindsay’s luck charm

In Jewish religion, this symbol means "life", but it also is a number, 18, which is very lucky. Often you will give $18 as a gift because of this good luck number. So, the necklace is for good luck.
So, to all of you who may be listening to some bad gossipers who know very little, this is nothing to do with Kabbalah.
I’d say "maybe she got it for her Bat Mitzvah", but Lindsay is not Jewish.

THAT SIMBOL MEANS G-D!!!! IT DOES NOT MEAN LUCK OR ANITHING LIKE IT..!!!!! MAYBE IT DOES MEAN 18 OR LUCK IM NOT SURE BUT IT IS THE MAIN MEANING IS G-D!!! i know couse im jewish

Chai is a hebrew word and literally means “Life” as stated above its numerical value is 18 (Chet = eight, Yud = ten) and it is used as a good luck symbol. I do not believe it is one of G-d’s names.

Everybody, chai means “life” and corresponds to the number 18. Thats the basic meaning.
