  i have seen a lot of pictures of Linds and bodyguard Jaz and it always seemed that he was concerned for her safety and ease of movement.i never got any negative vibes from any of the video clips and pictures that i saw and they always seemed to mesh well in the crowds and paparazzi chases.i did find this picture quite touching when i first saw it,but i felt kind of sad too,in that,amid the total disaster that her life had become,he was the only visitor and even though it isn’t the clearest picture,she looks like a kid again,years younger-the picture was so cute,i have to agree.whenever i see this picture,i am reminded of the ‘making of freaky friday’video on the dvd,where at the beginning,andrew gunn,the ff producer is clowning around with Lindsay and teasing her about her big entourage and being a huge star,and here it is,3 years later,and she is this damaged,desperate kid leaping into the arms of the only member of the entourage that gives a damn about her,from appearences sake.so sad. if you haven’t seen Georgia Rule,you should because she truly is the Rachel character,which is disconcertingly similar to this picture,in that Rachel has no friends either and is an extremely troubled girl.anyway,my best wishes to Lindsay and get well,skip the vegas b’day relapse,and show up,ready to go,on your next movie set’poor things’-make shirley maclaine proud that she took a chance and reworked her schedule to give this generations best actress,a fighting start against the haters.peace

  dave, i agree on the georgia rule stuff too she really is rachel oh by the way, georgia rule is an excellent movie, it is sooo touching and so real and she did such a great job! i’ve seen it like 5 times :)

  naty…i am glad to hear that i am not the only fan to watch it more than once;i’ve seen it three times and i’m trying to talk my better half into watching it again at the cinema drafthouse,the only theater still showing it.i don’t understand why the critics tore it apart,well most of them.i thought it was an outstanding movie,but wished that some scenes from the trailer were left in the movie.hopefully we’ll get to see them on the dvd.Rachel is my favorite character of all of Lindsays roles and i like all of her movies!!! Rachel is this desperate,damaged kid who is friendless,yet is a fighter and still pushes on,bad choices and all.i see many layers to this character,sexy,dangerous,manipulative,forceful,total hellcat but with a good heart under all those defenses.if Linds didn’t have that letter on the movie set and this current upheavel,this might have been a serious contender for an oscar nomination.i know she will walk up on that oscar podium one day,but it would have been nice this year to keep all the haters in their holes;know what i mean?anyway,in staying with subject of this post,Rachel is Lindsay and whenever i see the picture of Lindsay jumping into the bodyguards hug,i feel a little sad even though it is a cute picture. in the movie,Rachel says he is her only friend and is eerily similar to the picture of her and jaz.when the chips are down,you shall truly know who your friends are. when Rachel tells harlan that he is her only friend,he doesn’t respond and makes his decision to steer clear of her by the expression on his face.you can see several kinds of emotion on Rachels face as she leaves the truck,as she is once again friendless,and i really felt her pain,as i also see the relief on Lindsays face in the picture,that someone still cares at this lowest point of her life and career.i can relate in that my own dui was a horrible chapter of my life.i sincerely wish Lindsay the best and maybe she can use all of this current mess in a movie role some day;channel these experiences and life lessons into a character with a positive message.to the best actress of our generation,bar none,i wish good health and a happy 21st b’day,sober,of course.peace

  i love lindsay from the very first time and up to now….. maybe there are reasons why shes doing all this bad stuffs…maybe it came from her past….

  Aawwww — that’s so cute! I’m so glad to see she has at least one friend she can count on! Maybe someday the media and posts — such as this one — will become a little kinder and let up on posting the trashy kind of stuff we see so much of — like, for example, the old, outdated pictures of Lindsay on that post — ” …ex-bodyguard dishes on her life” — I’m afraid we are forced to see too much of that unpleasant — and really, when you think about — untrue press. It would be “nice” — I guess that’s the correct word — if posts like this one could at least place such unflattering pictures in their true historical context — rather than giving the impression that these are contemporary, recent events — it’s really annoying to see a new post come up — as “news” — with old, outdated pictures on it — and then we get all flustered thinking something has gone terribly wrong !!! (Dave — it’s almost like the fan site starts supporting the ‘hater’ machine, isn’t it?) I’m really hard-pressed to understand why a Lindsay Lohan “fan” site would persist in displaying such derogatory and “out-of-context” pictures — I would hope that they do not continue to be posted here for very much longer, and I can not help wondering if other readers of this post feel the same way?
