Despite the really troubling things Michael Lohan has been saying and doing via his new blog, Lindsay Lohan looks like she’s in good spirits. Lindsay and her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, were spotted laughing and smiling outside of Coffee Bean earlier this weekend.
