Of anyone who can afford a manicure, it’s Lindsay Lohan. I think it’s time for her to get one. Especially as she was all dolled up for this event, kinda nasty. Sorry to say.

why do we care so much about celebs to want to book them appointments for a manicure…? if the girl feels she needs a manicure – im sure she’ll get one. plus…she’s a kid – she likes painting her nails…and also – who the hell cares?
