You might be asking, Why is Lindsay Lohan taking off her underwear?
Unfortunately, I don’t have the answer for you. I really cannot figure out why one would, right in public, pull off one’s panties.
She does, however, seem to be wearing the same outfit as the one seen here while she is ‘acting’ the blowjob scene. Perhaps this was also for the movie?
