i have long stated that miss Lohan was the only STAR in hollywood,the most talented,watchable,appealing,and thoroughly entertaining personality in showbiz,and while i absolutely despise the ‘critics’,listen to this:
‘the other boleyn girl’ critic mal vincent-
‘portman,so stiff in those star wars charades,is sassy but not really dangerous as anne.she,though,is a better actress than johansson(scarjo),who is best when she has NO lines.the persistence of hollywood producers in trying to make her a star is curious since she’s been in numerous flops and is obviously miscast when asked to suggest some kind of sexpot(mary).’ hmmmm…
now,i have always despised scarjo since she cannot act and has been pushing her politics on us for years,ever since the bush-gore fiasco in 2000.politics should be left in the voting booth,not some no-talent hack who never graduated high school,telling me who to vote for.i will NEVER watch anything that scarjo is in,and she vastly represents the sorry state of affairs that hollywierd is in,and only the immense talents of Lindsay can save the day.to quote the awesome Meryl Streep,’that’s all’.peace

i was reading Arieannas cast list for this film,and the first two actors are people she has worked with recently.Cary Elwes played Rachels abusive stepdad in Georgia Rule,and Missi Pyle was Ashleys flaky boss in Just My Luck.i wonder if these two actors put in a good word with the casting director,as they both still had good things to say about Lindsay,following her highly publicized personal issues in 2007.you know,people still do good things in the trashloid cesspool that is hollywierd,and i wouldn’t be suprised to hear that there are a lot of fellow actors going to bat for miss Lohan,behind the scenes.after all,talent speaks for itself,regardless of personal issues or peanut gallery trashtalk from the haters.anyway,wishing you the best of health,happiness,and good fortune in the industry in 2008,and beyond.love you,Lindsay.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

Lindsaysfriend…i hear you,trust me,i do,but,unfortunately,hollywierd is the only place that makes movies,commercial or indie,and a lot of the joy that i derive from being a huge fan of the incomparable miss Lohan,is seeing her,in character,up in the lights,on the silver screen,larger than life,right where she belongs and wants to be.(now,that’s a sentence!i know,right?!)anyway,we all have to sacrifice to do what we want or makes us happy,some more than others.i think Lindsay is fully aware of the cesspool that is hollyweird,but lighting up the silver screen,is a childhood ambition for her,and obviously,she is still enamored with the profession or she would quit.true artists are driven by the thought that their art,in some large or small way,brings joy to the heart of their audience,fans,whatever the following,and i do consider miss Lohan a true artist,and she has touched my heart,both cinematically and humanly.that said,i love you,Lindsay,go,go,go!!!love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

I agree — sort of — with coLLeen and you –but personally, I think Hollywood is just plain crap!

While acknowledging the fact that Lindsay still chooses to give it some redeeming value with her presence there, I hesitate to equate Lindsay with much of anything having to do Hollywood — she has so far out-classed the present citizenry of low-life bottom-feeders that are now the majority of inhabitants there!

i meant to leave an example of why i am such a huge fan of this fabuLLous actress,the unique and incomparable Lindsay Lohan.in Mean Girls,the scene towards the end,where janis throws the painting at Cady,and Cady picks it up,spreading it open,realizing whats shes become,what shes done,Cady looks up,her face torn by emotion,confusion,lonliness,emptiness,and just for a second or two,a glint of tears in her eyes,not big ones,as Cady is a strong personality,a fighter,but just enough to reveal her regret and sadness.i still get all misty when i see this scene.Lindsay always hits her marks,hits just the right amount of emotion,nails the scene,hits it out of the park,and that’s why her characters are so real,because Lindsay is real,period.you haters can go screw yourselves.Lindsay is the real deal,the only hope of this generation,a shining beacon of talent in a sea of souless mediocrity.that’s the operative word,soul,Lindsay has soul,and that is something that you can’t manufacture or learn,because soul is who you are,what makes you an individual,unique,and she has it,in spades.the haters,phonies,hollywierd,trashloid media cant’ stand it,and will do anything to bring her down,so pathetic.i won’t let that happen,i got your back,miss Lohan,best of health,happiness,and good fortune in career and personal life in 2008,and beyond.love you,Lindsay.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace
