Lindsay Lohan’s birthday bash

I have all the news now about Lindsay Lohan’s birthday party. The party was catered by chef Kerry Simon, the former chef for the Hard Rock Hotel. The party, though held at the Polaroid Beach House in Malibu, was sponsored by Life & Style magazine. Most celebrity birthday parties are sponsored these days.

The party for 50 close friends cost the magazine $100,000 - the price they paid primarily for the right to exclusive photos. The photos I have here look qutie amateur, so they were likely taken by someone at the party, not the magazine.

Security was out in force to keep the paparazzi away from the party. Lohan even spread a rumor that her party would be held in the Caribbean, so that she could protect the privacy of her birthday party.

The party was a blast - with the Great Gatsby theme of dress, Lindsay Lohan belting out Madonna songs to a karaoke machine, and a DJ booth (which Lohan played). The cake was a surprise from her friends - the icing is a picture of Lindsay Lohan blowing a kiss (so cute!!)

Guests included: Courtney Love, Nicole Richie, Kate Bosworth, Woody Harrelson, Owen Wilson, Jeremy Piven, Jake Hoffman, Samantha Ronson, Eva Mendes, Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Ivanka Trump.
