I’ll make a second comment here, and repeat what *I* said else where in these hallowed elucidations we all engage in here, and say that WE here in O.R. Tn. value P-R-I-V-A-C-Y, as a matter of need, national security, common courtesy, etc. AND Popping Ratzi’s would be met with general disdain here in our little city. Much to be said about a calm life style in my little city. ( or CLAM lifestyle as it were ) Doesn’t mean there is NO crime here, just that we don’t have much of it per capita of population.And we deal with it QUICKLY. Nothing like endangering Multi Million Dollar Minds ‘eh. Lindsay YOU would do well to check out my little city of Oak Ridge, Tn.

Lindsay’s friend I made a very lengthy comment here, that for some reason did not stick, but the gist of it was simple, no you can’t spray the Popping Ratzi’s with pepper spray, there would be a career ruining lawsuit from the nether regions if such an event were to happen. Sorry. However I have thought up a solution. Which is within the Bounds of the Law, have her entourage hold up a tape, as she is usually with more than just her body guard, and spread out enough to give Lindsay walking room down the tape, with the popping ratzi’s on the outside of the tape, like a do not cross this line velvet rope etc. with the body guard at her side, to stop the too eager from crossing that rope/tape. Similar to the Don’t cross barrier at red carpet events, except this tape can move in sections as the entourage moves. Other than that I haven’t got any good Ideas, except to enforce the privacy laws about personal space, and you can’t get closer than this rules. She COULD sue them for breach of her personal space, if they persist in getting right up in her face, and the kicking incident, could be used with many others, in a class action lawsuit against all popping ratzi’s as SO many stars have been mildly or more injured by same. BUT the entire Hollywood community would have to take umbrage against the continued prevelence of said violations, and you can’t get ten movie stars to agree about the rain falling ON them, much less a class action suit of this magnitude.

i don’t want Lindsay dating Samantha! to be honest, I’d rather have her (Lindsay) date Riley Giles than her! At least riley is sobering up and getting good, unlike Sam who is a downright party girl.

No Lindsay’s Friend, this time I can’t agree with you, Pepper Spray would get her sued with a capitol $$$ can’t touch this, and don’t go there…Don’t MaKe me turn this Blog around…etc. I am thinking about what CAN be done, in the press of people ( no pun intended ) the pap’s eventually could and did aparently get away with violence, I am afraid that some jerk will try to take that to the next level and cause real harm, just for a ” photo op ” Even if this violence was just a ” kick “, accidental looking as it may have been, or was supposed to look, like a little boy doing mischief to see how much more they can get away with till they get caught. I remember that the Duke who was asasinated that started world war I was poked in the chest with a ricen tipped umbrella. not sounding ” Alarms ” or shouting ” the Sky is FAlling ” etc. just stating what we all worry about, escalating violence around stars by paps, trying to ” create that perfect photo op ” to get rich off of. SO I suggest that the Law, enacted by California to protect celebrities from over zelous paps chasing them, also be expanded to include a 10 foot personal space zone around the celebrity, especially if they clearly DON’T want the paps in their personal space. then do what they haven’t been doing, enforce it. what else we can do, I am not yet sure. But I will think about it hard for a few hours, will have something later tomorrow.

OMG…Those paparazzi need a serious beatting once in a while…Leave her the F**k alone…P.S.I don’t like Samantha at all but i waz thinking when there waz rumors of Lindsay beeing with Samanta…Samantha “said” that she will give up drugs if Lindsay will say that they are together as a cupple….and maybe Lindsay want’s to convince Samantha now to give up drugs and get on the right track as she did…Maybe she just want’s to help her beacouse she need’s help…But i don’t want Lindsay to have Samantha for a “friend”…becouse we all know she did so manny bad thing’s to Lindsay…Love you Lindsay…please stay sober and healthy and away from all the bad influence in you’re life…Peace
