Lots of celebrities were out at the 3rd Annual Rock the Kasbah Fundraising Gala at Vibiana in Los Angeles, California Monday night. The Virgin Unite event benefits the Eve Branson Foundation.

In these photos, Lindsay has on an really adorable headband featuring pearls and a black bow that goes nicely with her sheer black dress.

Lindsay was photographed with former American Idol judge Paula Abdul as well as Sir Richard Branson – who hosted the gala along with his mother Eve Branson. Richard Branson is on Forbes’ 2009 list of billionaires and is best known for his Virgin brand of more than 300 companies. Virgin Unite is the non-profit foundation of the Virgin Group.
