Hello Not !! Well what I meant was simple, I have know a number of ” True Italians ” whose ancestry was more or less semi-pure italian, like ” my ancestors go back to etc. etc. etc. for hundreds of years,” true italian and without exception one charecteristic of Italian Males, is a need to posture, to ” Pout Up ” lie a peacock as it were, when they feel like they have to Impress or put on a show, to impress, a kind of blustery Male Macho affectation, that does not present itself in other situations. When it comes to pure acedemia, many of my said friends and aquaintences are just as at home philosophising, as would be Plato, or Aristotle, which I am somewhat more comfortable with. The other stance leads to wars, and conflicts, when taken to extremes. Now you may disagree with me on this, but many of our modern conceptions of Italian Romance were based on folklore of behaviors of Itialian males, from as far back as the Ceasers of rome, maybe today’s current attitudes are simply a hold-over from that time, But historically look at the posseive of the typical Italian Male role in society and it isn’t all ” Urban Myth ” Look at the Historical bringing in of the Visigoths, and their decendants into the Nobility of Rome, as a method of bolstering the empire of centuries ago, and you will see that the Etruscan Males, brought in a lot of conceptions of the woman’s role and place in the home, or even in the public dating/mating rituals which put her in a determinedly subordinate role to the MALE, who had to Macho- Posture as a means of securing the dominance in the HouseHold, and thus in the Society, of that which was the ” Glory of Rome ” concept. Much of that still pervades Italy’s society today. This ” Battle of the Sexes ” for dominance in the household is to me, a counterproductive effort, HOME should be an equal partnership, ( by the adults/parents ) NOT an UN-Equal Owner-Ship. !! Thus Lindsay needs a strong Male counterpart, not a false Posturing counterpart, and not a Overlord counterpart, which would be destructive ultimately to both parties. Much of what Lindsay has currently dated, though not all, have unfortunately fallen into the latter catagory, which time has so far proven, Sigh….And Lindsay is too strong a willed personality to be controlled. So for Her and Her ultimate Partners best interest ( should She ever F-I-N-D such an one ) the Male Counterpart needs to be Genuine, not Ingenous necessarily, but a good balence for her, someone who will insist that She walk at his side, not behind him, or infront of him, or under his thumb, or heel, nor over his head, nor on a useless pedestal, but as an Equal and equally agreed by much mutual learning about each other, and really communicating with each other, Partner. Companions on the Road of Life as it were. That will take a one of a kind truely special man, I am that man. I just hope She will come to this site, and read what we have to say to Her benefit, or at least what we meant to be for Her benefit anyway, so that Lindsay will be Helped by some of this.

P.S. you should see the small house I have designed for ( ? ) to live in, made a model of it too, to scale, only 13,000 sq. ft. of floor space, and 3 stories total, and with an underground/inside small olympic size swimming pool. Tiny little place just big enough for oh say 5 -7 or so. (2 adults 3 children, and maybe a maid or a butler or both ? ) Later, Larry R.

this is another article regarding lohan-costa relationship. there’s also a photo with them kissing or close to it (it’s blurry). oh and btw it disgusts me to think he could just as well be her father or grandfather (as someone said above).
and the article posted by ‘not a fan’ is SO not about valeria marini being jealous! on the contrary it’s about an interview she did a few weeks ago saying she’s not jealous of Costa!! and that they have a ‘passional relationship’.

In fact, I have questions too:
1-Larry, what do you mean by saying: “Besides I-talians are just very openly demonstrative with that Macho B–l S— any way”? Explain, please.

2-OPIE, what do you mean with your sentence “He’s Italian. Culturally, being that close and such may be polite. I don’t know.”?

I’m really curious to know what does the world think of Italians…

WHATS WRONG WITH HIM :@:@:@!!!!!!!!!! cant he see shes like soooooo much younger than him, just look at his white hair,,, and if he was handsome i would say .. mmmmmmmm he maybe be good for her.. but look at him …HE’S UGLY!!!
and im not proud of lindsay at this moment .. she must be aware of what shes doing.. i cant blame the guy :S.. look at her shes all over him :S….. PLZ LINDSAY STAY AWAY FROM HIM .. YOUR SO MUCH BETTER

i think edoardo’s a perv because he looks like one. He actually looks like my Spanish grandfather who was a womanizer (kid you not)… But this guy really seems to like her! WHAT IS SHE DOING WITH HIM anyway? I’d rather see her with the bartender. .. And what’s with all the wine? I mean, she’s not drinking is she? Hey Wait-a-minit ?? I Love Lindsay. and I’m like 55, does that make me a Perv ?? c’mon no such thing, Besides I-talians are just very openly demonstrative with that Macho B–l S— any way. And I too think they were mostly just posing, deliberate Tabloid Fodder, a joke on the media etc. Besides all that, If Lindsay were dating me, I would be much more respectful, openly demonstrative, but low key you know, like holding hands, fingers clasping tightly, tosting her good beauty, health, fortune, looking deeply into each other’s eyes, sweet kisses, you know all the yucky stuff…
