Lindsay Lohan to Star in Fornarina Commercial

As the face of Italian fashion brand Fornarina’s Spring campaign, Lindsay Lohan stars in a new commercial! Starting this March, Fornarina will feature a commercial on top US and European TV channels with Lindsay Lohan as the main protagonist. Check out the commercial here. As with the whole campaign, the commercial portrays a unique vision of femininity and the attitude of a celebrity superstar described as “Irreducibly Pop, irresistibly Glamour.”

The “Glam, Pink, Heart… Fornarina!” commercial was written and directed by Marco Bragaglia, with the artistic direction of Caterina Aimone. Fornarina says the commercial “grows out from a ’strong’ vision, unique and personal that creates a ‘world’ of its own.” Lindsay Lohan is portrayed in the advertisement as a modern Alice in Wonderland who explores “3 metaphysical settings characterized by fluctuating geometrical shapes with neon and fluo colours.”

The commercial was shot in LA with a 1980s vibe complete with an original soundtrack with Lindsay Lohan’s vocals.

“The original soundtrack is based on the evocative power of onomatopoeic sounds, typical of the world of comics, beaten by Lindsay Lohan’s voice on a captivating electro pop catchphrase.”

The commercial features all new Fornarina fashion products worn by Lindsay. They will be sold as Special Edition fashion items at Fornarina stores and dealers.
