Lindsay Lohan to leave Cirque October 15?
eOnline claims that, after "digging", they know when Lindsay Lohan will leave Cirque - on October 15th is the very earliest.
after a little digging into Lindsay’s travel plans, turns out she’s not due to make her exit until, we hear, at least October 15.
"No, Lindsay is not leaving rehab," a source tells E! Online. "She’s not leaving this week, and she’s not leaving anytime soon!"
According to our insider, Dina is on the scene on a family pass only. "She’s just visiting her. But Lindsay will stay behind."
As for when LiLo is planning to come home? Certainly not for another month, our insider says.
"The facility lets her stay as long as she needs to," says our source. "She can stay one month, three months, six months. It’s up to her."
And so far, the girl isn’t budging—she has told relatives she doesn’t feel strong enough to be on her own. "She’s serious this time and knows that taking care of business means a lot of hard work. And that takes time."
So, maybe this really is just a visit from mom and not the great escape, after all. Besides, she has to stick around, because from what we hear, another reunion with papa Michael is planned in about two weeks.
Not quite sure why they tossed a date in there, as this doesn’t seem like a decision quite made at this point. We just hope Lindsay stays safe and healthy.

Why Oct 15? The last date that was floated was mid-Sept. It seems reasonable to me that was the end to the orginal stay at which time the Cirque staff review her case and decide that she wasn’t ready to leave. Another review was then scheduled for mid-Oct. Who knows what will be decided then? The point is that the choice is probably not hers. The plea deal stated that she was to stay at the Cirque for an unspecifed time. It seems reasonable to me that there was not a specific time period stated that was withheld from the public but rather she was to stay until professionals decided that it was time for her to leave. The problem is that the Cirque is making money and getting a lot of free advertising out this situation. No matter how well intentioned it is in their interest to prolong the stay.
My view is that true be told Linday would be out by now if it was truely her choice!

how do you know that she is still in cirque?there have been no pics of her since her mom showed up on friday sep 14.she is supposed to start filming ‘dare to love me’ near the end of september and all of october.i think dina drove her to LA to meet probation officer,get Lindsay to the set to start costume fittings,tango dance lessons,and pre-production requirements.since dina does not work,her kids are in school and supervised by housekeeper or maybe the dad,dina has plenty of time on her hands and a several day road trip would be a good way to spend some quality time with her daughter,and get some fresh air and perspective.dang,i’d be good if all this was actually the game plan,it’s what i would do.wishing you well,miss Lohan,wherever you are.hope to see you on the movie set,and in the recording studio.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

Is somebody in need of a “Lindsay” fix — having withdrawal pains, are we? Well, I guess that’s what a fan site is for — people who want to see their idols. But being “addicted to Lindsay” may not be in her best interest either … sort of puts a heavy trip on her to “be available”, to “be accessible” and to “perform” — for … us? As talented as she is, I’m not convinced she is ready to step back into ” … all that”.

ok — try again — People with addictions to the level that Lindsay has do exponentially better when the stay is longer — 90 days would not be at all too long and would give her time to not only overcome her demons, but to work through many other issues, and more than that, fortify herself for what she will do next. Have we forgotten so quickly the PURE HELL she was being put through by the paparazzi, the media, her parents and all her Hollywood “friends”? Remember — when she gets out, she has no place to call home — at least she didn’t. Maybe at least that can be resolved somewhat.

So can we back off from the whining about how we’re being deprived of seeing Lindsay and how much such-and-such is making off her stay there. They seem to have fought off the paps — at least to some degree. That alone is worth the price.
MORE than worth the price — of incalculable value — is a happy, healthy, strong, vibrant, fully-recovered Lindsay!! :-) SHE IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY $M !! MORE than worth it!! For Lindsay’s sake I hope she stays there as long as she can. Remember — while she is there, she IS FREE — from a WHOLE LOT OF CRAP — spawned by a whole lot of “don’t-know-zip-about-her-don’t-care-zip-about-her-but-i-just-’love’-her” addicted fans.

Dave you make an intersting point. We haven’t seen her since the gum chewing picture on the 15th. It could be that the she’s going to stay is a disinformation effort to cover her move from Cirque to where ever she is now. If she were to next appear on a movie set that would be nice.
Where ever she is it is clear that she has gone back to her low visability mode. (By the way Cirque does have horses … you can see them on their website. It does look like a very nice facility.)

Lindsay’s friend…your a little off kilter saying i’m some ‘don’t know zip about her,don’t care about her,but i just love her addicted fan’.in case you haven’t read my comments to any great degree in the last six months since i discovered this fabuLLous fansite,i have actually met this hugely talented and lovely young woman.my girlfriend and i,along with her sister,went to new york city in november,2005,nov 11 to be exact,for the madison ave veterans day parade which my girlfriends brother,a staff sgt. in the U.S.ARMY was a part of.after the parade,we hit times square,went to TRL studios for the tour.while we were going through,there was a huge crowd pouring in,and fortunately we were in the front row when this sizzlin’ hot brunette came on stage to sing.it took a moment to recognize the young lady,as i had always seen pictures of her with the red hair.it was the one and only Lindsay Lohan!!!! she sang a combo song of ‘confessions’ and ‘i want you to want me’,live of course,and was absolutely riveting and so totally alive in her performance and working the crowd.you had to see it to believe it.anyway,there was a stall selling Lohan items like magazines,books,cds,so i bought an oct 2004 GQ magazine with her on the cover.this stall sold that stuff so fans have something for Lindsay to sign when she worked the crowd,and work the crowd she did!!! very energetic,personable,she spent about 45 minutes after her electrifying performance,signing everything.she signed my magazine,my girlfriends mtv coffee mug,and her sisters purse!!! Lindsay probably would remember me since i was wearing a Beatles retro t-shirt,and i remember her saying that she was going to do a john lennon movie.i said briefly that i loved ‘mean girls’,she said thanks with that big grin,and signed my magazine.her double LL autograph is quite striking,and you can believe that magazine is one of my treasured possessions.anyway,i am a HUGE fan,here two years later,and my interest in her as an incredible actress and singer,has not lessened one bit.while i have concern for her as a person and i sincerely hope that she gets a grip on the demons,her personal life is her business,and i continue to be a staunch fan of her many talents,and what she brings to the table as an entertainer.

The “dont-know-zip-” is in reference to those consumers of trashloid magazines and equally trashloid web sites — NOT you, dave! (I thought we knew one another better than that! :-) You KNOW I appreciate your support for Lindsay and the rest of her fans here!
My “gentle chiding” about someone needing a “Lindsay fix” is actually intended to “catch” Deep B’s ear (are you listening, Deep?). He seems to be getting a bit impatient with Lindsay not showing up out of rehab, and I’m “simply suggesting” (as you well know me) that he back off a bit and give Lindsay the extra 10 - 60 days she may feel that SHE needs (not what YOU need, Deep!).

Lindsay’s Friend, Actually Lindsay DOES have someplace to go to when She gets out of Rehab, Un-Fortunately it is back to Holly-wouldn’t. Remember She bought Marilyn Monroe’s old place just before She sold her place in that tower, and before She got kicked out of ( asked politely to find residence elsewhere ) Chateau Marmont. So that is actually a concern, not a good thing. Sigh….Oh well. And as to rumors about her travelling the world, no can do same, remember Parole Violations ??? and of course she still has that Jail time to do. AND the Court date which She MUST attend sorry to say. ( civil suit Ortega thing remember ???) So she will be somewhere here in the U.S. I am afraid, I hope it is HERE, with ME in my little city. And to ALL…….. YES I NEED MY LINDSAY ( fix ) too. Better than Chocolate = ( anything ).

What make you think Lindsay really wants any of this? The reason that she is in Cirque is that the altnerative is the county jail. My theoy is this that the court/probation officer is relying on the Cirque professionals to recommend when she can leave, do her day in jail, go to the morgue (oh special), and the 10 days of community service. My thought is that they may well be milking it!
I don’t think Lindsay is saying I want to stay another month or two. They are telling her that what to do and she need their positive review of her “cooperation”. I think once we get this off her back the probation people will let her get back to work even if it means traveling to Romania for a while. They tend to be big on people getting a job.
I also think that a lot of the problems in her life have moved along. A lot of this was about the pending release of her father and her parents divorce (which she opposed). That’s done now and I think that she accepts it. I think that her parents won’t be doing as much to stress her now. Also I think that acting or making music is positive for her. That is when she get in trouble. She got in trouble when she is basically in down time.
She’s a smart girl and I think she will do a lot better next time.

I wish Ms Lohan well. Deep, what makes you think that Lindsay is a prisoner? If you have no experiance with Cirque, then you have no room to speak. Having been a client I can assure you, she is free to leave at any time, regardless of court agreement. (I should know, I walked out) I take my sobriety and program very seriously and the things I learned there saved my life. I do not presume to speak for Ms Lohan, and only hope she uses the information and tools available for her and does not come to a sober lifestyle the hard way. Staying as long as you need and taking your time is the way to go. I wish I had. Godspeed.

In fact, it may have started out that way. BUT! once the sobriety begins to settle in and the madness goes away (and DOESN’T come back) — the perspective can change. It CAN change a LOT! Taking a long, *SOBER* look at the trail of debris and horrors just recently traveled CAN have — and hopefully HAS had — a life-changing effect.
I for one would be more than pleased if Lindsay backs off substantially from the former pathway to hell that she was on. I will want to see that SHE makes carefully-weighed and balanced, professional, career decisions from this point on — not the “knee-jerk-just-do-it-mommy-pushed-me-into-yet-another-contract-whatever-who-cares-anyway-my-fans-need-me” path to burnout hell. True, at least up till now, she has thrived on living out her enormously gifted and creative talents in acting and music. But things don’t always continue on a straight path — especially where people are concerned. God has created and gifted each of us for His purposes — the primary one which is to live in a love relationship with Him, and secondarily to use the gifts He has given us to bring Him praise. His purpose includes change over time — the things we did when we were 8, 12, 15, 18, 21, … all change. Why should this be an exception with Lindsay? Most of what we have seen of Lindsay has been as a child star and emerging teen/adult star. It has not been a seamlessly-smooth transition. A “time-out” to sort out much of what she either never had time to deal with, or was unable to deal with is sorely needed. ANYONE who has been what she has been through would need that.
Properly speaking, rather than saying how wonderful Lindsay is, we should be marveling at God’s creation in giving the beauty and talent to this one particular person we call Lindsay, and we should be praying as to how we can best encourage her — His creation — to live her life to the fullest as He intended — first of all in His love. I do not think that any one of us should presume to place on Lindsay our “preferences” over His Will, or to presume that we know what His Plan for Lindsay is.
In other words, none of us should speak for God. Has He said, “I have created thee, Lindsay, to be an actress, and as I have created thee thusly, thou shalt be an actress, from thy mother’s womb until thy last dying breath, thou shall act, and sing, and shall make all of the multitude of these thy fans, whom I have given thee, happy, and shall make them to marvel at thee. And thou shalt have no rest, for I command that thee keep thy fans always satiated. And this have I commanded thee for all of thy days, that thou shalt not ever consider that I mightest have any other plans for thee but this one thing. Therefore Lindsay, go thou and always act, and never presume that thou mightest ever have any other purpose or life other than acting, whether thou be young or old, or at any time. Now go ye, and be blessed with this my blessed curse on thee to always and incessantly, and by all means without any other calling or choice in thy life, be an actress. Thus have I spoken from the ‘deep’, saith the Lord”
Is that really what God has said? Nahh …
Perhaps I am more of a friend and less of a fan — I just want Lindsay to find her life’s purpose as God has given it. And to find the eternal Love relationship with her Heavenly Father that He always intended for her (and all of us) to have. I have no doubt that her talents will be used — but perhaps very differently than many of her present “fans” may have expected. And when that happens, I would not be at all surprised to hear that she is “losing her fans”. Considering what some of her fans expect, I would have to say, no great loss.
Lindsay — please realize that God created you for a purpose — actually, multiple purposes at different times. Take your time, get to know Him, Who He Is, how He Loves you, and what His Plan is for your life at THIS point.
And always know that He never intended for you to live the life He gave you without His Help - and His Love.

First to “Friend in Sobriety” I not really knocking Cirque. It seem to a great facility that does a lot of good. It is my thought that in Lindsay case the good is done. If my understanding is correct and she just walked out before being given the all clear the court might treat that just like no doing the community serivice and all the rest. The Paris Hilton case should what happens then. It is that since she is sort of prisoner. It looks like a real gilded cage!
To Lindsay’s Friend and Larry I realize that you have very religious take on all of this and no doubt hope that Lindsay converts to your faith. This is very unlikely to happen.
I’m sure she has gained much from her stay at Cirque. If she is staying longer as her own idea then I support that. However, that is not my assumption. This is why I call for her release. I also hope that she has given up drugs and alcohol. If she really is an alcoholic then based on prevailing view she must not drink again. Failure to follow this for the next three years would be a disaster anyway.

Deep — while it seems that your intentions are generally in favor of Lindsay’s benefit and welfare you have made assumptions for which I can neither find support nor agree with, but also cannot deny.
I suppose no one really “wants” to stay in a hospital either, but sometimes in order to get well, that is what is needed. The staff’s assessment is not only “has there been sufficient recovery”, but, “has there been sufficient recovery AND an establishment of sufficient strength to continue to a COMPLETE recovery outside the support of the institution? YOUR “diagnosis” — far removed from the situation as it is — seems to be yes. So your assumption seems to be that LINDSAY would be better off if she were no longer at Cirque, is that correct? Or is it that YOU would be happier if she were no longer there?
“… hope that Lindsay converts to your faith. This is very unlikely to happen …”. Now that’s an interesting assumption — based on — ? God only knows the answer to that — and that’s between Him and Lindsay — not for us to be kicking back and forth like a holy hot potato. Whether or not Lindsay will “convert” may be a matter of days, weeks, years, or tens of years — or may have happened already (I’m not really expecting a press announcement). I assume that your assumption is confined to the near-present — not a long term view.
My concern is for the rest of her life, and her eternal life afterwards (which often comes MUCH sooner than most people anticipate). A few more weeks to secure that would not seem to be too much in light of the length of eternity, wouldn’t you agree?
Truth be told, neither you nor I have any guarantee that we — or she — will be alive even one minute from “now”, much less a few hours, days or years. By the way — in the event that Lindsay does find her faith in Jesus, — be sure that you do also, that is, if you want to see her for a really l-o-O-O-N-N-n-g time! :-)

Hey Dave, I’m Glad that you are OK with the Idea that we are interested in Lindsay’s ” Eternality ” as well as being her Fans, or being in love with Her, ( as I am ) I decided that Money or NO Money, I couldn’t resist sending another Dozen Roses to her at Cirque, hopefully she got them today,( yesterday now, friday that is ) sent a card too ( you can tele-flora same to a florist near Cirque, closest one is in Provo turns out, and a call to same elicited that Yes indeed they DO deliver to Cirque Lodge, and have many times, ) but IT A’INT CHEAP. Hey, dave (Sep 21, 2007 at 3:39 pm ) — it’s ok — please understand that I live in a world of “secular” and “non-secular” in infinitely-varying degrees and have long since given up attacking any (perceived) short-comings of either (as I think you once observed). I have come to learn that God’s timetable is unique for each person (who is His unique creation and belongs to Him); therefore I do not presume to criticize His progress at any given moment for any given individual; ‘nough said!
Sorry to hear you’re having such a struggle with your demons lately — but I also know how that goes — I have a few resurgencies and insurgencies of my own from time to time.
I’m praying for you — that you will call on EVERY Available Resource to overcome your struggle — you don’t HAVE to stay “secular” — unless YOU decide to — it’s your call (as in’ Help! Lord!)

Lindsay’s Friend…hope you read my apology a few comments back.sorry about that.i trust my explanation was sufficient,just wanted to convey the idea that fans like myself,while i do care for her as a person,and for her well-being,both mentally and spiritually,i am more a fan of her talents,image,and achievements,and i do realize that everything that she has done is an extension of her personality,so she has to get better as a person before the career and everything else.anyway,hello,Lindsay’s Friend,have a good night.wishing miss Lohan a big congrats on 60 days sobriety as i head out to get in line to buy HALO 3 at midnight!!!! i wonder if Lindsay plays video games?i’ll bet her little brother,cody,is getting HALO 3 also.love you,miss Lohan.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

Lindsay’s Friend…about to run out the door to go buy HALO 3,got your message,but unfortunately,some numbskulls decided to use a year old post on this fabuLLous fansite,as a chatroom and left so many inane comments that they crashed or slowed down the server,thats why everything is slow or wierd.these clowns left like 160 comments in an old post from 2006.anyway,thanks for meeting me halfway,and your concern for my recurring demons.they’re fighting me a lot lately,so i was probably a little off kilter myself when i posted that original comment.believe me,i know firsthand what this young lady is going through,and i couldn’t imagine going through my own mess in the public eye.i wish her the best,and hope that she finds some answers and the inner strength to make it out of the darkness.i’m still looking for my own answers,but if she pulls through and stays on the path,i might get some inspiration from my favorite movie star and quite fallible human being.good night,Lindsay’s Friend,and thanks.love you,miss Lohan.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

Like ants swarming to any available crumb left lying around, so demons swarm where there is an appetizing flaw in the soul — just stop feeding them and they’ll go somewhere else!
Even worse — they absolutely can NOT stand to be in the Presence of Jesus! The closer YOU get to Him — the farther away they go!

Give me a break, Lohan re-creates Marilyn Monroe. Would you please get something straight, there was, and always be ONLY ONE Marilyn Monroe. If little starlets have to do a copy of Marilyn, it is obvous they don’t have much imagination. Marilyn was one of the most sexiest, smart, gorgeous ladies to ever come in front of the camera. People thought she was dumb, NOT A CHANCE, she knew exactly what she was doing. By the way, I do not and NEVER WILL BELIEVE that she committed suicide, there was a ‘poweful American family’ responsible who did not want the truth out in the open, ie: they talked whilst with Marilyn. They used her and I believe they are totally responsible for her untimely death. Only in Ameria can one get away with murder - look at OJ - as guilty as hell, yet the man walks, but he will get his sooner or later hopefully sooner.
