Ok, not only is Lindsay Lohan spending New Year’s in Miami, she is reportedly hosting the whole shindig.
Really going all out too. Inviting all the who’s who of young Hollywood celebrities, and tossing out $200 a plate in food.
The party is reported to be a big one, planned to go all night. Way to party!
