Lindsay Lohan to be on Ugly Betty?
Well, this is exciting news! Lindsay Lohan is rumored to be in negotiations to make a guest spot on Ugly Betty.
According to a source at ABC, the cast and crew have been gossiping that Lindsay Lohan is in ’serious talks’ to take on the role of a ‘fallen beauty queen’ working as a manager at the fast food chain where Betty’s dad works.
“Everyone’s very excited,” the source said. “Of course it brings a lot of attention to the show, and it’s a great part for Lindsay.”
The role is apparently part of a three-episode arc during which Betty befriends Ms. Lohan’s character, who has fallen on tough times since high school. The ravishing redhead has had a difficult year herself, recently completing her latest stint in rehab at Utah’s Cirque Lodge after racking up two consecutive DUI’s this summer.
“It sounds really cute,” our spy burbled of the new opportunity, which of course might be jeopardized by the ongoing Writers Guild strike. “Betty tries to help Lindsay’s character by getting her a job at Mode, the fashion magazine where she works on the show.”
I think it would be a lot of fun! Victoria Beckham got a lot of attention for her cameo, and I think a 3-part arc in this comedy could be a lot of fun for Lindsay. Unfortunately, the strike may get in the way.

i absolutely loved her appearence on ‘that 70s show’ in 2004,and would love to see an appearence by Lindsay on television every now and then,but on one condition-she must be a ravishing redhead!!!i hope this ‘ugly betty’ appearence does happen,and relish the prospect at seeing her beauty and natural auburn-red tresses on the small screen.go,Lindsay,go.wishing my favorite movie star,the incredibly talented and incomparable miss Lindsay Lohan,the best of health,happiness,and continued success in her career and personal life.love you,miss Lohan.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

But if lindsay takes a role where she is not “ugly Betty”, wouldn’t she be obscured by “ugly betty” when ugly betty becomes (as always happend) _the beauty_ of the show ?
I mean, would she accept not to be _the_ _beauty_ of a show ?
In any case (she accepts or not) she would be _the_ _beauty_ and the show would fail triying to obscure lindsay by “ugly betty” ;)
