Lindsay Lohan Sued

Lindsay Lohan has been sued, yet again. This time, by an ex-bodyguard named David Kim. David is claiming he is owed more than $55,000 for security and other services for the 5-month period that he was in her employ during 2006 and 2007.
The suit was filed yesterday in the LA Superior Court and alleges fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of oral contract and labor code violations.
Lindsay is claiming never to have employed or known the bodyguard.

I’m no legal expert but surely this guy has actual proof LL employed him (unless hes completely stupid & a con artist) so I just hope Linds gets a better defence line than claiming she doesn’t know him, I mean all the pics taken of Lindsay that guy has to be in some!

Well, between October ‘06 and March ‘07 — Lindsay didn’t turn 21 until July ‘07 — could she have made a legal contract (I mean a real, written one)?
OK — now dear fans, don’t get me wrong — humor me on this next one here — you should know me well enough by now to know I’m not being mean here …
— BUT! — given the circumstances around Lindsay’s life during that time period, I would challenge Mr. Kim & ASSociates to PROVE that Lindsay was sober at the time of the alleged “verbal” contract.
And if not sober, even a written contract may be challenged — much less a non-existant verbal one. People who enter into verbal contracts with drunk young women really shouldn’t have too much expectation of collecting, now should they?
– so considering what was happening in Lindsay’s life at that time …

Verbal contracts are usually not worth the paper they are written on !! ( A not so brand new Larry-ism ! ), in short, I doubt that this Kim guy has much of a leg to stand on, NOBODY but NOBODY hires a body guard on a verbal contract, there MUST be paperwork, else what would hit the fan, if the alleged BODY GUARD got HURT during said protection of Lindsay ? Without a SIGNED and Witnessed Legal Contract, and I-9 form and other paperwork like very expensive Insurance for the BODY GUARD, NO BODY GUARD would work on a ” Verbal ” { spelled B__L S__T } Contract. It USUALLY works like This, The Star, or Celebrity, or Endangered Chinese Diplomat [ Spelled Human Rights HUH WHAT are HUMAN Rights ???] makes contact with an Agency and signs paperwork, lots of Paperwork, even MORE paperwork, and has the book thickness of a contract when all is said and done, and then the Agency sends over a BodyGuard for the Celebrity/Needy Chinese Dip. etc. The Star, (in this case Lindsay, or Crossheart Productions her company ) then Pays the Agency directly, which then takes it’s cut, from the fee’s and then pays the Body Guard the stipulated amount that the bodyguard and the agency agree on, between themselves. SO the Body Guard, does not become an actual employee directly of the Star, usually, so emotional entanglements don’t get into the picture, and cause the body guard to lose his focus, of protecting the star, I think that is what happened to Jazz, He got emotionally Involved with his charge ( HOW CAN YOU ^NOT^ when that Charge is none other than the Fabulous Lindsay D Lohan !!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and either removed Himself, or was asked to take asignment else where by either Lindsay’s people or the Agency he works with. BUT he was better at his job, even WITH the involvement than any of the OTHERS have been, but that is just my humble opinion, and doesn’t count for much. But the Star has the final say on whether the sent over bodyguard stays, if they say ” send someone else, now ! ) Then the Agency has the obligation to honor the Star’s request, and send over a replacement, so a Star, c^a^n in a way ” Fire ” a bodyguard, but they usually just get re-asigned to someone else, when work becomes available. Trained BodyGuards after all, are NOT a Dime-a-Dozen like you may have heard. So a Star, entering into a verbal contract with a person to do BodyGuard work, is simply not done with any legitimacy. NOW on the other hand, if Lindsay had shorted the Agency that this alleged bodyguard had come from, there would have been NO delay in filing a lawsuit, you can bet your cash stash in the bank on that. 60 days at the most, a few calls from Collection Agency’s and it would have gone straight to Legal. Delay NADA ! So if Lindsay DID hire an outside BodyGuard on a verbal contract, which I doubt, even if She had been drunk at the time, HER OWN PEOPLE would have RAISED BLOODY HELL WITH HER FOR VIOLATION OF APPROVED PROTOCOL !!!! So come on people, use your brains !! This has SCAM written all over it. But time will tell. Meanwhile……..

This is a deja-vu experience. Can somebody protect her from her greedy protectors? Is this the third time already? I lost count. Seriously, she should be in the presence of her lawyer and recording every conversation everytime she hires a bodyguard. Or anyone for that matter.
