Lindsay Lohan Sued

Oh, well this just sucks! Lindsay Lohan is being sued again!! According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan is being sued by the 3 passengers in the car that Lindsay hijacked in July.
Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro claim that Lindsay hijacked their car and began chasing her ex-assistant’s mother, Michele Peck. Lindsay has already been sued by a passenger in the mother’s car, Tracie Rice, although the lawsuit from these 3 passengers was a long time coming.
Ronnie, Jakon and Dante are claiming that Lindsay endangered their lives, saying she was openly hostile and didn’t care what she did, perhaps feeling a sense of entitlement over being a celebrity. The lawsuit they file claims she ran red lights, eventually landing at the police department where she was arrested for DUI. Her case for this was already settled.
The new suit by the 3 passengers of the vehicle seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer calls the suit “absurd.”

the rumor going around is that perezhole is paying the lawyer retainer fees and legal expenses for the three ‘tmz stooges’,until they either win in court or out of court settlement,as perezhole hates Samantha and Lindsay,and would do ANYTHING to make them look bad or make their lives miserable,i.e. bad publicity. i sure Lindsay can come out of this with her head held high,and her career and personal life still on track. i’m pushing a whole lot of positivity and good vibes your way,miss Lohan. wishing you continued success in career and personal life in 2008,and beyond. I think it’s ridiculous! 3 grown men being threatened by a frail girl who was barely 21? Poor Lindsay! I hope they get thrown out of court.
As I have stated elsewhere…….They SEEM to be changing their story, which of course invalidates ALL of it, if the first ” Facts ” that they told the police weren’t even believable, and were written down as eye-witness accounts, then WHY can they ” Change ” them NOW ? like now it is being reported that the speeds were at ” up to 60 miles an hour ” but at the time the 3 stooges were saying things like ” Speeds up to 100 miles an hour ” if those weren’t believable then, why would we believe a change in their story now,….thats just fact muddling, and is also falsifying evidence, or both renditions are lies and that is false witness, both of which are crimes in the USA, They obviously waited a whole year hoping all of us would forget the reported ” facts ” of the allegations, so they could change their stories to something more believable. contemptuous at best, criminal at worst. And at the time they saod She reached across through the open window of the passengers side and grabbed the keys out of the denali, and then went and got in the drivers side and sped off. Excuse much or what ?? there was a person sitting in the passenger side seat, Lindsay is 5 ft. 5 in. tall ( or short as the case may be ) and a Denali sits HOW far off the ground ? She couldn’t even REACH the stearing column to get the keys, with out climbing halfway in the window of the SUV, much less ” grabbing them and running around the car and getting in the drivers side and speeding off. ” Sorry not ONE word of their story will fit any real fact checking then, or now, if just a little logic is applied to the situation. SO what did they do, they are trying to change the story to ” She got into the drivers side which was unoccupied, grabbed the keys and started the car and sped off ” . complete reversal of the original testimony they gave the police that night. A pack of fabricated lies, that Lindsay was too drunk to dispute. My guess is that She offered them money to follow the other car, and the black guy REALLY WAS driving !!!!!!!! I hope you show them up for the monkey’s they really are Lindsay, they should be ashamed to tell such lies. Sigh….
