Lindsay Lohan Sued

So crazy! The owner of the fur coat, the one that Lindsay Lohan accidentally took home with her and then returned, is now suing Lindsay!
The college student has filed a lawsuit (read it here). The coat, theough returned, is not enough for Masha Markova. She has filed a suit for unspecified damages.
What do you think about this? Should Lindsay perhaps pay for the dry cleaning or repairs? Or is this Markova just out to abuse Lindsay’s name as a celebrity? Not just that, but there is still doubt as to whether or not the whole story is true at all!

i really hate those smack talkin’ camera criminals at tmz,but they have a Jan 25 video of Lindsay,in NYC,coming out of a bar called ‘the box’,around 10pm,and a guy in her entourage is carrying the fur coat,hours before she went to ‘10 oak’,where this ‘masha borat’ says Lindsay ’stole’ her coat.one of the stalkerazzi sites say they have pics of LL with the coat on Jan 26,in the a.m.,which would support the Jan 25 video,by tmz,of Lindsay with the coat,in the p.m. of Jan 25,case closed,end of story,as in how did LL ’steal masha borats’ coat,if she had it hours before,and brought it with her?!Lindsay stated in an interview in early 2007,that she never responds to rumors,stories,lies,and allegation/’lawsuits’,which explains the silence from her publicist.Lindsay doesn’t respond because it would validate the garbage of the smearNET/TRASHloid media clownshow,wise choice,young lady.i know this ‘masha borat’ is a lying piece of garbage,1.2 nanoseconds into her spew on that video trashmag,’the insider’,hah!whatever.peace
i’m pretty sure that that markova girl is a social climbing little gold digger. i don’t think that story is true. she’s (markova) just one of those people – like lindsay’s former “bodyguard” (one who didn’t make an effort to “guard her body”) – who wants to get her 5 minutes of fame (or whatever) as an abused, “Lindsay-stole-from-me” victim.
they’re all trying to exude this image that LL is Klepto or a thief because LL is sober now and doesn’t quite party as much as before. “they” are not getting what they want which is a bad girl falling from grace so they keep trying to make the image on their own by doing THAT.
and i’m sure that markova’s fur coat (if the story is ever true, which i doubt) is fake. i’m also sure that it’s cheaper than a 50 cent candy. the social climber just acts like it’s more expensive than THE lindsay lohan’s closet.
I too wish I knew the real story behind this, did this MASHA person even HAVE such a coat ? Ever ? we have photo’s of Lindsay wearing it, ostensibly NOT photoshopped by the variously involved paparatzi’s, so was this MASHA person ever in posession of such an article of clothing, was she photographed by same said pooping-ratzi’s at 1Oak arriving wearing said fir ? anyone got any archival footage of said event ? Anyone actually SEE masha with said coat ? all we have is her word for it that the coat was hers ? unless the whole story is a made up fabrication for some bizarrre purpose at which I cannot even begin to guess, like a great hoax or something. I still have a semantic problem with an 11,000.00 dollar MINK ( rare Blonde ) coat being left in a common bin in the first place. If “I” owned such an article of clothing, I certainly would have kept it with me at all times, just so it would not get stolen or damaged. Logic missing a lot here or what. Lindsay please dear, what is the real story here, I don’t want to speculate on this one much, as all the implications are that this is a hoax.

that girl wants to hurt lindsay’s name with those sh**s or she wants to be popular by hurting lindsay. They try to find something wrong to lindsay again because now she is ok and sober. I really can’t get this.

wtf! what a stupid dickhead! it was a freakin coat! if u accidentally took a coat, you’d give it back to the person and just apologise for the silly mistake. but not go and sue someone!

The whole story is weird. Some reports say that Masha is a model while others say she is a NYU college student. Some say it was her grandmother’s coat while others say it was Masha’s coat. So Confusing!!! Who is this girl?
Larry R, there are photos of Masha wearing the coat. It probably is her coat. The problem I have is the story surrounding the coat’s disappearance. If Lindsay stole the coat, as Masha claimed, then why on earth would she be photographed wearing it????
It doesn’t make sense. You steal something and then you’re photographed with it? It’s admitting you did do it. I don’t think Lindsay would steal a coat. It was probably a misunderstanding that was blown way out of proportion. Masha is looking for her 15 minutes and people like that step on people to get some fame. How sad. Leave Linds alone.
Furthermore, what is a supposed college student doing with an $11,000 mink coat???

Anyone who owns a mink coat can afford to have it dry-cleaned. This chick needs to calm down and accept the reality the she will never be famous.

the side part is always beautiful on Linds. Also, lets just focus on Linds and how great she is, instead of bothering with this random Markova chick who clearly just wants publicity, good or bad. Even if we talk about her being a fame-hungry loser, we’re still talking about her. And for her it would feel a thousand times worse to have people not care or comment in the slightest! =]
