Lindsay Lohan Shops for Jewelry

Lindsay Lohan went with sister Ali Lohan and some of her friends to shop for some jewelry on May 1st in Beverly Hills. From the decor of the store, it looks to be the same jewelry store where Lindsay & Sam bought matching Rolex watches for their anniversary.
What do you think? Did Lindsay return her watch for something else? Or was she just there because she liked the store?
