Lindsay Lohan Shops American Apparel

Lindsay Lohan was photographed yesterday doing some shopping a the West Hollywood American Apparel store. While in the store, Lindsay tried to stay discreet by grabbing up an orange scarf and tying it around her head. Of course, that just added to her allure 
Meanwhile, Lindsay has continued to tweet about her desire to take part in more charity work:

Of course negative people try to ignore things like that.
