WTF, You miss the real point. She is very cunning! In one year she as completely wiped away all of her type casting as a “child/teen” star. The fact that you want to put her away testifies to that reality. That mug shot is doing more for her than any audition could do!

I can NOT believe this… wtf is wrong here?
Doesn’t California also have the 3 time loser rule as well…. my God! When I had my first DUI and only DUI i had to do 3 days in jail… or screw celebrity justice… all of you who support this reckless careless individual blows my mind! I would love to see her reform and gain control of her life as a recovering addict myself of 10 years … however when recovery has failed that many times in such a short period how can you honestly keep your faith and approve her actions? Tough love

i would like to add one more observation to this discussion on the sentence of our favorite movie star and entertainment personality,the incomparable miss Lindsay Lohan.i believe the judge chose not to make an example out of Lindsay for two reasons.number one,in solidifying a plea agreement between the attorney,miss berk,and the court,i believe the judge had access to all the FACTS,including test results and documentation from the rehab centers,submitted by miss berk,showing that Lindsay was sober and making progress in all three rehabs.remember,people,that the ONLY things you know about Lindsay in her rehab stays is what those fine folks at the trashloids and smearNET sites,want you to know,lol.and number two,i think the judge took into consideration her celebrity status,and realized that if she could straighten out her life,get clean,and pay her debt to society,she could be a far better example to this generation,of addiction and recovery,than locking her up for a long while and perhaps,negating any positive message or result from miss Lohans recovery.i think the judge was trying to see the situation in a more positive light,rather than some hardcase on the judicial bench,out to make a name for himself.even though the judge was lenient in the jail sentence,he still hammered her on the 36 months probation,in that she has to stay on the good side of the law for three years.well,i wish miss Lohan the best of health and clarity of mind,and hope for progress with recovery and legal issues.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

‘Lil Kim was convicted of perjury and conspiracy for lying to a federal grand jury. This is a federal felony and the punishment is governed my federal sentencing guidelines that are rather rigid. By contract Lindsay offenses were misdemeanor and the state judge has a lot wider choices in sentencing. The cases are totally different.
