Lindsay Lohan Rehab - in or out?
x17 is reporting that Lindsay Lohan has left rehab and is now staying with her father close by. That she is only required to go back now for a few out-patient settings.
An inside source has confirmed exclusively with X17 that Lindsay has left the Cirque Lodge, saying, "Lindsay has spent the last two nights outside of the Lodge. She requested a DVD player and she’s relaxed and happy. She has her cell phone. She doesn’t need to go back to the center, except for a few out-patient sessions."
Our photographer on the scene says Lindsay "has been hanging out with her father and a friend and looks like she’s enjoying her freedom."
But, on the flip side, TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is not out of rehab yet, and that her only upcoming excursion will be to go to the dentist.
There are reports online that Lindsay’s leaving rehab. Not true — at least for now.
Sources tell TMZ that Lindsay is in family therapy all this week at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah — with her father, Michael Lohan. We’re told she will be returning to L.A. soon — for some minor dental work. But the plan is: when Lindsay’s choppers get fixed, she’ll return to Cirque.
We’re told she’s made amazing progress, and sometime in the foreseeable future, she’ll leave the Lodge.
Regardless of whether she "left" permanently or temporarily, here are those pics of Lindsay and dad.

wow! it is such a pitty that lindsay is going back to LA (even though its gonna be 4 one day) and im not gonna be there!! i was there last week and i saw nicole richie on my face but i really wanted to see lindsay…. :( so sad…….

Well i think it’s time for Lindsay to get back on the set…She really did a good job in rehab she’s healthy and sober…I’m happy for her…But now comes the hard part how to keep sober in N.Y….at night clubs etc…she really need’s new friends…But i belive in Lindsay and i hope to see her on tv with a oscar in her hands…God Bless you Lindsay…keep sober healthy and clear minded…Love you always you’re biggest fan from Romania me “Denis”…Peace

Lindsay — about going back to L.A. land — I am praying that it will bring back such painful memories that you will become nauseatingly, totally ill — and NEVER want to go back again — or at the most, ONLY when you have to be there for work!
Lindsay — please be careful! By now you should know that you have VERY FEW FRIENDS THERE — if any — and in any case, multitudinous ENEMIES (of your soul) THERE!
