Lindsay Lohan reading God’s Promises
Lindsay Lohan was spotted at the Ivy and, in her car, this book: God’s Promises for Your Every Need

From the book description:
This hardcover rendition of the best-selling trade paper edition of God’s Promises for Your Every Need reminds the weary soul of the peace and sustenance to be found in God.
Who wants to bet this came from Michael Lohan at some point that day?

It’s going to be s-o-o-o good — but! it will (also continue to) be a struggle! It was a struggle before — but THIS time you WON’T go under! Read His Word — open your heart to believe — and hold on to His Promises — He won’t let you down! Stay strong — you will find the strength you need in Him when you don’t have enough of your own.
Thank you, Lord for this answered prayer!! neums and Quesadilla — rejoice with me!

PS 27 (i.e. Psalms 27 :-)
1 The LORD is my light and my salvation– whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life — of whom shall I be afraid?
2 When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and my foes attack me, they will stumble and fall.
3 Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then will I be confident.
4 One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.
5 For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock.
6 Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make
music to the LORD.
7 Hear my voice when I call, O LORD; be merciful to me and answer me.
8 My heart says of you, “Seek his face!” Your face, LORD, I will seek.
9 Do not hide your face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, O God my Savior.
10 Though my father and mother forsake me, the LORD will receive me.
11 Teach me your way, O LORD; lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors.
12 Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes, for false witnesses rise up against me, breathing out violence.
13 I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.
14 Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.

So, Arieanna, you “suggest” that this ” … came from Michael Lohan at some point that day”. Why does that really matter — except that the media has already judged Michael to be a fraud — whether he is or not. Actually, I think it came from God — whether or not Michael was the agent. It looks like Jesus’ love may have found Lindsay, and not only is she heading in the right direction, but she is taking you (and millions others who are fed by the incessantly snooping paparazzi) along with her!!! Yeah Lindsay!!!
Now that it has come to your attention, I pray that you too may find “… the peace and sustenance to be found in God.” We ALL could stand a bit more of His Love in our lives, couldn’t we? As Lindsay’s friend, but more especially as a friend of Jesus, I remain also your friend in His love.

If you can’t prove God exists, you can’t prove there’s a Son of God.
If you claim without proof that God exists, you’re a liar. I offer $100,000 for proof God exists. If you lack the courage to seek proof, you’re a coward.
If you teach children that God exists, you’re a child abuser. You abuse the education of children with lies. You’re a child molester. You molest the minds of children with fraud. You induce children to become victims of criminal fraud for life.
If you force children to pray to “one nation under God,” you are a criminal violator of children, not a patriot.
If you take money based on claims about God, you are a thief committing criminal fraud.
If you build power based on claims about God, you are a fraudulent political criminal.

No problem — just define “exists” :-)

Hi Jade,
Arieanna, I apologize for jumping in here (and to you, too, Lindsay, once again — this happened before — remember Randall on your “Adequite” blog?) — so I’ll try to be brief …
OK, so Jade, I’ve looked at your site and observe a very curious (but positive!) thing: your primary focus is on the *OUTRAGEOUS ANOMALIES* that are done “in the name of ‘God’”. You do realise, of course, that this means you ascribe to a standard for God, which standard you perceive has been failed to be reached. Now — it is impossible to hold to a failed standard for God without first assuming that the God, to Whom that standard applies, exists– right? You may be somewhat (pleasantly, I hope) surprised to find that you and God are very much in agreement on this matter, as He totally despises it when His name is mis-used and taken in vain by unholy and profane people for their selfish, unholy and profane purposes. It makes Him look bad — as you have most eloquently pointed out. As to your insistence on “proof” of God’s “existence” your current references seem to have missed many of the greater debates — both on whether or not the existence of God *can* be proved (i.e. within the finite confines of a logical proof), and whether or not God’s existence “requires” a (humanly-finite) proof. As I have said, I won’t go into further detail here, but will possibly respond to your site. Meanwhile, be encouraged to know that God is, in fact, pleased to have such a champion for truth as you to clarify the confusion surrounding the mis-use of His Name (and also of His Son’s Name). In His Love — til later (or eternity — whichever comes first). You do agree that it’s possible to have an eternity with, or without God, don’t you? God does. Ask … and ye shall receive.

Praying that your eyes and hearts and minds will be opened — today (as, for many people, today may be the last one they have in this life).

I would like to ask you all kindly to refrain from religious discussion here. This is a site devoted to Lindsay Lohan and I want to respect everyone’s beliefs by not letting this get out of hand.
Thanks.

OK. Arieanna. You win.
I was only going to give kudos to JD Jade but I won’t. I was going to say “Lindsay’s Friend” started it but I won’t. Besides if you can’t say anything nice about God…
