Lindsay Lohan “on track” with plea agreement
Blair Berk, Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, has given an update to the court about how Lindsay is complying with her sentence following her no contest DUI plea last year, which included 5 misdemeanor counts.
Berk says Lindsay is "on track" with everything and the judge seemed satisfied. Lindsay has had proper attendance and no missed dates for all her obligations. Another progress report will be held in January.
To date, Lindsay has completed:
- 84 minutes in jail
- 10 days community service
- morgue visit
- emergency room visit
- traffic school
In addition, Lindsay was sentenced to 3 years’ of probation, a drug treatment program, and an 18-month alcohol-education program
