  these pics are long distance telephoto shots.the reason some of the pics look photoshopped is that they were far-off shots and had to be computer enhanced to appear like close-ups,thus losing some of the details of her face.there is no ‘interview’ in this disgusting trashloid,just some ‘friends’ and rehab ‘insiders’ saying some positive things about her,and some not so positive.why does her hair appear red or dark in the first pic?pic no.5 is a reversed pic of no.1.people are asking how she can be in the beginning of the book in pic no.1,and near the end of the book in pic no.5.the pic is reverse,as in flipped,quite easy to do in photoshop program and on windows xp or vista.whenever you see a pic of Lindsay that looks odd in the face,it is most likely a flipped reverse image.i have done this many times and sometimes she looks good reversed and sometimes she looks stretched or odd.none of these pics are posed,and she looks annoyed in the sitting shot.i really hate trashloid mags,and why would a highly reputable rehab like cirque let in stalkerazzis and interviewers?it didn’t happen,and miss Lohan isn’t going to dispute the claim because any publicity,real or fake,good or bad,is good publicity in this business.its just that this fake interview and ‘photoshoot’ will make it appear as if she isn’t serious about getting better,that it is business as usual.maybe that is what this trashloid is insinuating,that she isn’t serious.i really hate the trashloid media.grrr.peace

  If these truly are “unauthorized” long-distance shots — as I am afraid that dave i scorrect in saying — I am L-I-V-I-D !!! I would think that Cirque Lodge should be able to take some legal action? There ARE legal limits as to how intrusive ANTONE can be into private property.

  Where does Lindsay’s “celebrity” status end? and her “private citizen” status begin? Is the contract with Cirque for her privacy void?

  Please — dave, Larry R, Deep — can anyone tell me — does she have ANY (legal, enforceable) claim to ANY privacy?

  Sorry Cirque Lodge — I doubt you knew that satan had such a vested interest in Lindsay; best wishes — and all my prayers — for your program and staff; I’m sure you’ve noticed the effects of the attack both from without and within — there’s a lot of well-supported ($upported) evil aimed at your every move now — I wonder if you will be able to fully deliver and execute your otherwise outstanding program effectively on Lindsay’s behalf? Not to mention the extent to which your effectiveness has been compromised for other residents currently in your program …

  Sorry to see this happening — I had such hopes that your program would be put to good use for Lindsay — perhaps it has, but I feel that it has become limited now — you will no longer be able to deploy many aspects of your program “unhindered” — or at least not without additional and extenuating “entanglements”.

  Please do your best to provide your best for Lindsay at this time — if nothing else, make a referral to yet another secluded destination. Maybe — if no one on your staff has been bought and “leaks” to the press — she might get another week to 10 days of “freedom”.

  Hi Lindsay’s Friend, I will be happy to interject a comment in reply to a question you had, The OK photo shhot, which I have a copy of, seems to be legit, Invited by Lindsay, to show her fans that She is indeed Alive and well, and that it is not an Imposter posing as Her at Cirque Lodge, Also that this time around she is as serious as she can get about fighting her addictions it hit her in her pocket book, the one place all of us usually sit up and take notice. Of course with her vivacious personality, her sense of humor will rebound, and she will have a hard time with the concept ” Serious ” to some peoples expectations, one of the reasons I am sooooo attracted to her, In my Profiles, Good Sense of Humor a Must !! As to the Photo’s I am pretty sure it really IS her, and if this Hadn’t been with her permission then Blair Berk could have sued seriously the OK mgazine people, for a trumped up story and malicious slander, putting words in Lindsay’s mout as it were that she didn’t say. But I am pretty sure the interview is Authentic. Reads really well like her.

  Larry R — thanks for getting back to me — I do not doubt the sincerity of Lindsay’s statements (yes — it does sound like her!) or her current direction. Nor do I doubt that it is Lindsay in the pictures

  What I question is, were the pictures really taken — “with permission” — as part of the “interview” ? The distance appears to be from TOO FAR AWAY, her mood appears to be one of irritation and avoidance, and quality is far below what I would expect from a professional magazine. I don’t think that ANY of them are “posed” — the statement that they are is actually more damming than supportive — as if she is “faking” her sincerity to get a more favorable result in court.

  I seriously doubt that any “interview” appearing in a magazine such as “OK” would have any significant affect on the recent judicial decision, so it is not the type of thing that Lindsay would necessarily have felt she should do to “boost her favor in the eyes of the judges” — yet more unfounded conjecture …

  I haven’t fully read the text, but I am inclined to believe that it is a collection of statements that could have been assembled from any number of “sources” COMPLETELY OUTSIDE OF, AND INDEPENDENT OF *** ANY *** “INTERVIEW” WITH LINDSAY — although they may be things which Lindsay HAS SAID (which is why it “SOUNDS like” Lindsay).

  I do NOT believe this is REALLY an “authorized interview” with Lindsay at Cirque Lodge — I believe it is a cleverly trumped-up fraud — a counterfeit with just enough ink in the right places to pass as “real” — at least for most of the consumers who will buy and ingest that kind of trash and could care less whether or not it’s true.

  I am prepared to stand corrected — I have been wrong before, and this won’t be the last time — but I have SERIOUS DOUBTS — simply a good counterfeit — that’s all.

  One thing to remember here is that even if it is NOT new material, if they ” Publish an Interview ” that wasn’t they still have to PAY her for an Interview, even if it wasn’t real, or they would be open to Liable and Illegal use of Lindsay’s Star Status to sell mags, ( Alledged Interview that never took place ) So either way, She gets Income coming in, It’s all about MONEY, and Exposure, Networking Lindsay, in Her absence. A good Ploy by the People who want to keep Lindsay before the Public, for her On-Going career ( I simply cannot use the word ‘Revival’ here because her career was never over in the first place!! D*&$% M those rumors !!) while She herself in incapacitated. Notice Please HOW MANY MAGAZINES She has been in since her trip to Cirque Rehab. A LOT !! see a pattern, I noticed it a week ago. They started Ramping up 2 weeks ago as it gets closer and closer to her current release date. !!

  I missed out on this one. I really don’t think the pictures were taken by stealth. Perhaps they were taken by her family and hence not profession quality. As I recall they were visiting about that time. The article is 100% pro-Lindsay so either her people were behind it or OK really likes her that week. This isn’t supposed to be happy/sexy Lindsay this is serious Lindsay dealing with her problems effectively in rehab. It isn’t supposed to effect the Judge but rather help sell the plea deal to hostile public. Note the clothing is also unlike anything I’ve seen her wear resently. I think that is supposed to symbolize as renewed spiritual awakening or some such.

  Another interesting thing is that we have seen nor heard anything new since the plea deal and the statement of remorse last Thursday. I’m think that the idea is to get her out of public view for a while so that people so get over their problems with the sentence, etc.

  Deep — these pictures are much too indifferent to have been made when any family members were around — Lindsay absolutely blossoms around her family. These shots all seem to have come from the same vantage point, time of day, lighting; I believe that the sequence is (by pic #): #6 (she is distracted), #4 (just a close-up of #6), #3 (she gets up and heads upstairs), #2 (going upstairs), #1 (sits down to read) and #5 (tries to make herself less visible). I wouldn’t be surprised if some pictures show up of her taken from the direction she is looking (to her left).

  Larry R — of course, you’re right — Lindsay has become a “rarity” which has hit a familiar chord on the supply-demand chain — ANYTHING that can be construed as “real Lindsay” now has higher value.

  Again — I have not read the “interview” — I’m not even sure that “OK” actually said it was an interview. In any case, in all of what I HAVE seen from the so-called interview, there is nothing EXPLICITLY STATED BY LINDSAY that wasn’t stated ELSEWHERE — BEFORE the “interview” The rest are simply surmises that anyone could make based on recent eventsand information gathered, for example, from the general schedule and type of activities at Cirque Lodge. *** NONE *** of the statements in quotation marks can be traced to Lindsay. The fact that they ARE in quotation marks causes the uncritical reader to ASSUME they are statements made by Lindsay!

  The fact that they are NOT directly attributed to Lindsay means — Larry — there is NO liability or illegality — just a bunch of empty surmises in quotes — pretty clever, huh?

  It’s possible that you are right about how the pictures were taken but if they were taking of her outside and the location of the photographer is not on private property I see little anyone can do about it. It is not an interview with Lindsay but is based mainly on what friend told OK. I don’t think Lindsay will be displeased with this article. It’s totally positive for her. On the other hand the In Touch article is a one that is the type of thing you are upset with.

  My though is that whole concept was that the photos are showing an introspective Lindsay dealing with her issues not playing to the camera.

  i have read items that say that the x17 stalkerazzi dump is a shoe-string operation and that navarro who runs it,stopped paying the freelancers who drove to utah.he was paying for their motel and gas,but they couldn’t get any ‘big payoff’ pics and he was losing money.that would jibe with a story that stated that the x17 owner was a notorious penny-pincher,and that the only reason that x17 made a lot of money was that all the photos were taken in LA and posted by his two employees.LA has a freakin’ army of freelancers who sell pics for cheap and don’t have to be paid a per diem or fuel.so,you see,the stalkerazzis had to go home with their tails between their legs.anyway,miss Lindsay is now a ward of the state(36 months probation makes you a prisoner,trust me,i know)and probably realizes the seriousness of the situation,both to her freedom and career,so she is staying low profile and discreet.love you,Lindsay.get well and we will see you again on the silver screen.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

  These trashloids that are trying to sustain sales by perpetuating her former difficulties will have to keep on re-using old material — as we have seen they are doing. That will get (has already gotten) old pretty quickly. Lindsay should stay out of sight until she is fully recovered and back on track professionally — give the recent past time to fade into the background.

  i have to make an observation about all these stories about her rehab,including this ok trashloid ‘interview/photoshoot’.NO MATTER WHAT STORIES,LIES,AND TRASH IS PUT OUT THERE ABOUT LINDSAY IN REHAB,CIRQUE CANNOT,BY LAW,COMMENT,DEFEND,OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SHE IS EVEN A PATIENT THERE.do all of you understand that?it’s called patient confidentiality,which means the rehab could be sued or censured by the state or patient.this is no way that cameras,interviewers,or outsiders would have legal access to this facility and absolutely no way to independently verify what has occured within the rehab.all these stories are just blatant attempts to force her out of her self-imposed media blackout,for lack of a better term,and back into the limelight where the jackals like ET and perez can feast off of her,duh!!!!! i wish her well in her recovery effort and have her back as a huge fan and friend.get well,miss Lindsay.peace

  I think the OK story has everyone just a little too spun up. It’s a favorable story. Perhaps everyone is correct about the photos being take from a distance. You can’t say the same about photos for her rafting, bicyling, or hiking (with a dog) that we have also seen. Since these were all offical Cirque Lodge activities. So Dave by your reasonable (legally correct) arguments how did this happen? I could imagine that outside photographers could have taken the hiking and bicyling shots but the rafting one?

  I just reread the OK story and the source are two “friends” who were in communication with her (she was seen talking on a cell phone in the supermarking picture), a “witness” at the story and the rest is just backgound material. There is no real evidence that the rehab broke confidence here. Another source of information of article have used are ex-patients and it is possible that staffer may have spoken (that’s a violation).

  Since the sentence we have really heard nothing other the yesterdays dicussion of a meeting with her father that is in the works. I may well be that its good to let her go off the “radar” for a while so that the public mood calms down and also the Cirquie staff seem to have been given a major about of authority in that this treatment is now part of her probation compliance.

  I’m angry at the paparazzi too in that I’m now convinced that they are the one’s who ratted her out the cops in the original May 26 incident. After all how could they have know who to look for at the emergency room? The neighbors would have heard the crash and the light traffic passing by might have seen the car. But would they really have made the plates? I don’t think so. The Pap’s got her arrested to increase the market value of their video.

  Well you may ALL have been right on this one, and I may have been wrong, but it is good to be wrong occasionaly, It seems that a news paper the dessert something or another, is saying that Leslie Sloane Z has DENIED the OK photo shoot is legit, and Cirque Lodge has Denied the Photo Shoot is Legit. nor the Interview !! ARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!! They need to go after these jackals, seems Leslie says that these ARE Paparazzi photo’s, not commisioned which explains the Odd angles, and lighting. THEY SHOULD MAKE OK MAG PAY Lindsay, as if she had DONE A LEGIT. Interview !!!! She Deserves something in the way of monetary remuneration for this!! As a penalty on OK if nothing else !!! ARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I am beyond annoyed now, Hey California, here have a few Quakes on me this weekend !!! ( Jumps Up and Down repeatedly on Magical Resonant Concrete pad ).

  larry…i saw an item that agreed with your comment,that Lindsays rep said the ‘interview’ and ‘photoshoot’ are contrived,and the pics are random long-distance shots.even though the article is somewhat favorable,the timing and alleged participation by miss Lohan make it seem if she is not serious about her well-being and using the rehab as a publicity stunt.people on here have asked why we are getting worked up over a favorable write-up.it’s not the story,it’s the fact that the trashloid is trying to make it seem like Lindsay had a part of this,that she still is seeking publicity and exposure while in rehab and at the expense of other patients there,while in fact,she had NOTHING to do with this crap,and is really trying to get back on her feet.i say give the young lady the benefit of the doubt since no pics or anything at all have been seen in over ten days now,and since nothing is available,the trashloids must continue their lying ways and recycle old lies from the past.i wish miss Lindsay the best of health and clarity of mind,and hope that the ‘dare to love me’ movie producers still want her in their film.love you,Lindsay.love always,a huge fan and friend.peace

  Most of the pictures we see of her (other than fromal photoshoots) are taken by some paparazzi types. On another site it states that they were taken on the 10th of August. What’s not legit — they are of her. If they were taken without her knowledge that would make them more legitimate as evidence that things were going well in rehab which is the thrust of the article. Again there was no interview. The comments were attributed to “friends” and towns people. I really think her people had some part in it and as early as the 10th Cirque probably wouldn’t let outsiders have access inside the facility. That’s they’d deny it because they want it to appear independent. Lindsay is likely to think some of you guys are naive.

  No if you want to get really angry about the media how about the story in the August 13th issue of STAR? Or, the rumor that Extra just found to be untrue that’s been floating around for a while? Then consider things that I first saw in “in Touch” that have become more exaggerated with each retelling.

  The pics aren’t flipped where she’s at the beginning of the book in one pic and at the end in the other. How do I know? The bracelet she is wearing is on her right arm in both pics, plus the title of the book is at the top of the spine as well. She must have chosen to look at something in the end of the book or she’s just a fast reader. :)

  these pictures don’t look like they are long distance telephoto shots to me just high res. the reason some of the pics look photoshopped is that they were far-off shots and had to be computer enhanced to make her appear like shes not a cokehead. her hair appears red or dark in the first picture becuase she is in the shade, and if you have ever looked at someone in the shade their hair appears darker. no.5 cannot be a reversed pic of no.1. people are asking how she can be in the beginning of the book in picture no.1,and near the end of the book in picture no.5. simple shes not actually reading it. the picture isnt reversed, or flipped, which is quite easy to do in photoshop program but not on windows xp or vista, becuase and OS doesn’t do such things. and if picture no.1 were the reversed picture no.5 there would be no railing in the way of her body, and If she looks odd well thats because she is just ugly. the motivation for this shoot was probably to just show people that shes being “normal” by holding a book and appearing to meditate.

The rest will come or it won’t. Okay and on to the Pics again, look at pic no. 5 again, and you will see She is looking at the CAMERA, through the fence rail, with one eye !!! as if she knew someone was there, who wasn’t supposed to be and She was determined to IGNORE them. Also many more rumors out about that ” photoshoot ” claiming that Lindsay knew nothing about it till it was published, and was irritated by it. rumors, but possibly some truth in it somewhere. I am still puzzled by the Photo’s of the Rafting Trip, where they are actually ON the water, means someone was tipped off about their departure time and was waiting on the shore for the raft to pass by a certain location, so they could photograph. BUT lindsay cannot deny she KNEW there were Popparazzi ( Popping-R-A-T-zi’s ) in Orem, when they were knee deep to the Hover Dam, while photographing her in the grocery store, I think something might have given away their presence at that point, ( the photographers presence that is ) but I can’t for the life of me imagine what ???
