Lindsay Lohan not to host on New Years
Lindsay Lohan will not be attending a club as host this New Years, according to US Magazine:
For the second time this year, Lindsay Lohan has backed out of hosting a party in Las Vegas.
As recently as last week, 21-year-old Lohan was scheduled to attend a New Year’s Eve blowout at Vegas nightclub LAX, but today her rep tells Usmagazine.com, "Lindsay will no longer be hosting New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas."…
Last week, a source told Us that "Lindsay doesn’t necessarily want to host but she’s contractually obligated," due to the 21st birthday plans at LAX sister-club PURE that she had to scrap in July in order to go to rehab.
Lohan’s rep says the actress, who has been out of rehab at Utah’s Cirque Lodge for less than a month, "continues to focus on her work and sobriety."
Still, that doesn’t mean a Vegas party isn’t in Lohan’s future. A source tells Us, that the deal between Lohan and PURE remains in place, and "they will both wait for a day" when she can host an event for the company, perhaps even "another year from now.”

Arieanna She may have been able to escape this time, but contracturally she has this Albatross to carry till She fulfills this contract. I just hope that when the time comes for Her to have to host an event in Vegas, she will have a VERY strong support group, who won’t let her touch live alcohol.

I don’t see what the big deal is about hosting. If she is eating at restaurants where alcohol is served isn’t she just a vulnerable as at Pure or LAX clubs. She could have it in her deal that they will not server her and give her bodyguard a big bonus with the money held in escore if he doesn’t allow her to drink by whatever means are required.
