Lindsay Lohan Not Engaged

Lindsay Lohan’s PR rep tells People.com that the rumors of an engagement are not true.
Although Lindsay may be wearing rings on her ring finger, her rep says that Lindsay is not engaged. The latest ring she wore to the Stand Up for a Cure event was a heart-shaped antique ring she found at an antique store in NYC, her rep says.
It was a very pretty ring, but not one I’d think of as an engagement ring. Good taste in rings though, Lindsay! And nice to have some clarification on the rumor.

Boy howdy, y’all, but I am sure sick of the rumors. Actually, I’m sick of the back and forth on the rumors. The press makes up all kinds of stuff, which then gets denied. It probably wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t obvious that there is something going on between Sam and Lindsay. Exactly what, we don’t know. It’s none of our business, true. I’ve been saying that for a while, but, dangit, it’s just making me seasick. At this point, there had better not be anything but friendship between Lindsay and Sam because it’s way, way, way past time to simply tell people. I mean, if I can tell, then it’s obvious to the blind, alright? The way it is now, if the TMZ cameraman asks her when she’s trying to shop for groceries if there’s anything going on, she could look the guy right in the eye and say “Duh!” and that’s all that need to be said.
Gah, I’m so frustrated with this stuff. When does her movie come out? Let’s talk about that instead.

I am glad the people make up these crazy stories because they don’t have anything bad to say about Lilo these days. She is healthy, happy and working and that makes the tabloids mad. Maybe one day Lindsay will get married: to Sam or someone else. It doesn’t matter to me, I just want her to be successful in her acting career. God bless.
