Michael Lohan reported to People.com that Lindsay is doing well, and that Utah is likely to be her future home.
Michael says that Lindsay Lohan will have a round-the-clock sober companion, trained to be with those overcoming addictions. So, kind of like a persistently annoying friend who has your best interests in mind.
"Lindsay’s companion is really, really tough, and she’s really nice, she’s an amazing lady, a great influence on Lindsay’s life," the elder Lohan said..
He also talked about another part of her new life – beau Riley Giles, whom she met in rehab. "He’s a great, great kid," Lohan said. "If you met him, you’d like him."
Lohan does not know where his daughter will be staying in L.A., but after filming – slated to begin Oct. 15 – he expects her to come back to Utah to live, receive continued counseling and attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. "It looks like she may have already found a house," he said, noting that she currently stays in a rental near the lodge.
And he’s definitely not concerned about reports of her going out at night to establishments that serve liquor. "She goes out, she goes out," he said. "She does the right thing."

InTouch reports that Dina Lohan will stay Lindsay Lohan’s manager:
The actress exclusively told In Touch today that it is simply not true. "I did not fire her and I have no intention of firing her," Lindsay, 21, said. "I love my mother, she is an amazing woman."
Michael Lohan’s girlfriend has been identified – and looks way too much like Lindsay.
“She loved my girlfriend Erin,” Michael tells Us. “They bonded immediately.”
Michael brought his new flame along for a visit after asking Lindsay for permission first. “We all stayed in the same house together. We had dinner, coffee, went shopping. We spent all of our time together.
Erin is a licensed insurance agent as well as a licensed esthetician.
“She’s very intelligent,” Michael adds.
The couple of four months met at a coffee bar in Huntington, Long Island, where Michael, a born-again Christian, was having a cappuccino with a pastor.
“She started talking to the pastor I was with,” he says. “She had no idea I was Lindsay’s dad or anything.. I was just a guy at the other end of the bar.”

if it wasn’t for dina getting little redheaded Lindsay to the ford modeling agency at age 3,we wouldn’t be discussing our favorite movie star and entertainment personality at all.since the only things we ‘know’ about dina come from the same trashloid hater media that rips Lindsay a new one,every day of her life,i am quite willing to give mama Lohan the benefit of the doubt.
Lindsay would never fire dina because of the following reasons:
1)dina got her career started by getting Lindsay over 60 commercials between ages 3 to 11
2)dina got her a stint on the soap opera ‘another world’ as ali fowler,1995-1997
3)dina got her to auditions for Parent Trap,and we all know what doors that film opened….
4)dina as a manager is viably employed,thus putting food on the table for Lindsays siblings
5)dina put food on the table,clothes on Lindsays back,and a roof over her head as a single mom while the pathetic dad was in and out of prison,nuff said on that subject.

1)cd ’speak’ sold over 2 million copies in 2004,that’s a lot of money
2)cd ‘confessions’ sold over 1.2 million copies since 2005,still a lot of money
3)2003 Freaky Friday,salary 550,000 plus a 1 million bonus when it went over 100 million in theaters
4)2004 Mean Girls,salary 1 million plus unknown incentives
5)2005 Herbie,salary 1 million,third of three picture deal with disney
6)2006 Just My Luck,salary 7.5 million
7)all the rest of her movies were independent,low budget movies,salary unknown,but i’m sure she made some good salaries in at least the million range.
8)countless magazines and photoshoots all paying a substantial fee or fees.
9)miu miu,jill stuart brands paying substantial fees for celebrity endorsement

I can’t believe how much trash there is about Lindsay now that she has finished her stay at Cirque. I have erased a lot of my gossip sites simply because they are even meaner than before. This one is still my favourite.
I am thrilled to see Lindsay so happy. I think her family is patching things up – and that will not only benifit Lindsay you know, I’m thinking of her sister and brothers. I hope Lindsay will stay in Utah and only visit Hollywood when needed.
I hope she gets working on her CD and I can’t wait to see some new movies. I think she has overcome the worst of her addiction, and now she just needs to get on with her new and sober life.

As I have written here many many TIMES, Lindsay IS NOT Broke, cannot in fact go broke with this dumb stuff, Because every time WE her FANS, BUY a product that She has made, there are these little percentages called ” Royalties ” and as Dave pointed out her Record ( CD ) Sales, are still selling, as they are constantly pressed/burned to CD, and subsequently SOLD $$$$$ for $ MONEY $ what,, do you think they are sold for beans and cabbage ?? NO it is Dollars people Dollars, and those Dollars have those little pieces called Royalties under contract, that go into Lindsay’s bank Accounts. Thus Residuals Residuals, Love them Residuals !! So to the UK mostly Haters Magazines, Stop spreading lies, you make yourselves look stupid with this one. Let us take into account one royalty figure which is industry standerd, 10 % to 15 % on any movie sold say from the title Mean Girls, A million copies at an avarage of $ 9.95 ( cost of new vs cost of rentals etc. all avaraged out now older film so cost is proportionally down as well, say an avarage of $ 9.95 as a consistent round figure ) SO a million time $ 9.95 is 9 million 9 hundred thousand and 50 thousand right ??? 10 % of that is ……. $ 995,000.00 thats in only one year alone, HOW many Years has Mean Girls been out, and popular, and selling on CD, and how many MILLIONS of copies have been sold world wide ?? JUST DO SOME SIMPLE math and you will see the LIES told by the UK based tabs, are stupid incendary and spitefully hatefull with out an ounce of proof, offered, or diginity invested therein. P.S. and that was just ONE of the movies she has made. Dave gave us a more complete list elsewhere, I have all of her movies except Bobby, which I don’t like but have seen. ( P.S. Bought a copy, but did NOT keep it, threw it away. I Lived through the Bobby Kennedy tragedy, and did not like the holywoodized version of the true facts of what happened that day. L.T. Dina did raised and took care off her. Brought her to auditions, thank you Dina. But the real people who made her a star as she is now is … her fans of course. What would she do or become if it wasn’t for her fans? And she’s not broke.
Thank You for seeing the truth Smallville 78, is not too hard, NOW the second part, hopefully smaller in length than the last comment I made, Take a Bank Account, as Big as Lindsay’s MUST be after all these years, and say Hmmmmm, must be over several dozen millions, by now, the next Item to consider is Interest Bearing Accounts, That is to say even if not in CD’s or Savings Accounts, Checking Accounts, if over a certain limit, are almost always treated as Interest Bearing Accounts, by to Bank in whose trust they are held, Because the Bank wants the privilige of USING those accounts, along with the Savings Accounts, to pool into the monies they can LOAN, thus gaining a Larger Base of capitol to earn interest on @!!@ SO, 30 Million in such an account can even in a small bank, to say nothing of the Large Banks that Lindsay’s fortune must be in; can command an Interest Bearing ammount of anywhere between 6- 10 % or more ( but any bank offering MORE than that figure MUST be held suspect ) now if 10 % earnings, on 30 M. Dollars, then that would be 3 M. per year on Interest alone, So Lindsay could spend 3m. per year, and NEVER TOUCH THE Principle !!!! then in a 2 year time span, that could easily add up to more than 7 M. Dollars, even if it was true !! But the Principle ( that which is earning the Interest as a deposited sum total ) is Still Intact and would grow with any future deposit of monies into same etc. SO the LIE that Lindsay is Broke, is just that A LIE. I am begining to get to a point that I hate those Liars, So I strenously suggest that the Magazines printing this LIE and others similar to it, back off of same.
