Lindsay Lohan needs police escort

Lindsay Lohan and gal pal Samantha Ronson went to lunch at the celebrity hotspot Joan’s on Third in West Hollywood on April 16th. They ate on the patio – of course, a nice day! However, Lindsay and Samantha attracted so much attention from the paparazzi and from people just mulling around that the police had to come to help Lindsay and Samantha make their way out of the restaurant! How crazy is that?!
